My stay at the property was wonderful during my time. But the process of the check in for a highly priced hotel is unacceptable as a wait for it should not be needed as staff should be professional. I was greeted rudely due to it as their was no signs and no instructions on available staff member handling it and it is such a shame for such a highly priced place

Great luxury hotel and excellent location next to subway station and very close walking to the main attractions of this beautiful city. Awesome breakfast with lots of selections.

Every was excellent including the restaurant and whle the breakfast buffet was amazing the food hot food section ws generally cold (Scrmbeld eggs, beans mushrooms etc.)
But he food was very good overall and the great choice for all tastes & diets.

Overall a great hotel, great location, less than 5 minutes walk to the main square, but also a little bit away so it's very quiet. A lot of restaurants, cafes and shops very nearby. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with nice amenities. The only downside was that the breakfast staff were a bit unfriendly, unwelcoming, and seemed not interested in being there. Too bad because it has the potential to be a very nice place. The breakfast itself is quite good, with a very wide variety of offerings. Despite the staff, I still enjoyed my stay very much and would stay again!

The property and the surrounding areas were both gorgeous and perfectly situated two blocks from the Old Town Square. Beds were comfortable, including an extensive Pillow Menu of options and the room was relatively large and serviceable. No complaints and definitely lived up to its billing.

The property is lovely & the staff is attentive. Unfortunately, despite booking months in advance we were given 2 rooms directly across from the smokey casino so our room had the perfumey overlay of a smokey room. It was dark and the room was so small that there was no place to put a suitcase. Despite that the manager was kind & gave us day use of the lounge as he was unable to change our room. The breakfasts are fit for kings and their special pillow program is wonderful.

Assist Mgr. Moussa was wonderful along with Akbar, Akif and Aziz. Breakfast was very good spread, the best. Location nice. Only 1 set back was bug found in my room.

Great hotel. Definitely the place to stay when in Prag.
The hotel is great, the staff are wonderful and the breakfast is amazing.
You can walk to almost all the big attractions within 5-10 minutes - and the metro is right outside the hotel entrance.
There is a small spa pool. App. 10x4 meters and kids are allowed in the pool from 10-16. From 16-22 it is only for adults.
We are definitely coming back to this hotel next time we visit Prag - no matter if we have the kids with us or not.

The hotel is one of the best I have ever visited. The breakfast was phenomenal. The bar at the restaurant was very cosy and the live performance made our night.
I highly recommend also the massages at the hotel.
I would definitely come back there.

Great experience and service though the pool water in the spa was a bit to cold to be relaxing (only 31°C) and it would be nice if pork sausages and bacon were a possibility for those of us who eat pork
