Wow, we booked a 2 bedroom room overlooking pool and when we arrived we were given an upgrade to a villa. After spending 4 days in a very ordinary accom in Lembongan, this place was incredible. Absolute LUXURY !!! Beautiful, respectful staff, the rooms were made up beautifully everyday, fresh fruit. It is a walk to fabulous food options. Also, only about 10 mins walk to beach but I think they had a free shuttle, we didn't use it. Thanks so very much to Adi, Sarah and Wulan who were excellent reception people. We will be back !!!!

It was a great stay. I would certainly come back. The ONLY drawback is a club/bar nearby named JAAN which is loud quite into the night

I stayed for four nights in the Haven hotel it was great experience the room was clean and the swimming pools were clean, the staff were amazing, I will definitely consider staying again in this hotel.

The hotel staff and facilities are amazing! The restaurant has a marvellous lava cake and dragon fruit juice! The spa has excellent service, the best Balinese massage!

I really enjoyed my stay at The Haven, the hotel was very pretty, breakfast was nice daily and i appreciated my eggs made to order. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Transfers pick up and drop off to airport were so convenient and affordable. Recommend 👌

We had a pleasant stay at The Haven. Had a few hiccups on our first night, we were placed in a slightly outdated room (one that didn’t quite match the photos we saw when we booked. Apparently we had chosen a Standard 2 bedroom suite which was not clarified by Expedia at the time of booking). The room was at the very back of the property that had a few items missing ie kitchen utensils and was not quite clean as we had hoped for. Called up and the staff were very helpful and quick to rectify our issues. We asked to change rooms and they were more than happy to move us to a more updated (and much cleaner) Premier room the very next day. This room matched the photos when we booked but apparently was slightly more expensive - thank you Expedia for not using the correct photos …….. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Always greeting us and making sure everything was ok. A bit of a walk to reception if you are staying at the very back of the property. The pool at the back is also slightly cold due to it being in the shade for most parts of the day - but it is far more quieter than the front pool if you have kids. Close to the hustle and bustle - which has its pros and cons. Pros: close to shops, food and attractions & Cons: you can pretty much hear noise late at night (guests coming home from their night out and not very good at keeping the noise down - which isn’t the hotel’s fault). Food was great. Breakfast buffets had a good selection as well.

This was our 4th time at the Haven- and we will be back again. The villas are amazing. The staff were incredible- location is great. We love it.

Hotel was pretty much in walking distance of most things in Seminyak. Lots of shopping around too. Rooms were clean and tidy although probably could do with a bit of a face lift. Lovely pool area

This is our 5th time back to the Haven we keep coming back here as it’s in a great location -nice hotel though a little aged good for the price- my wife and I always book the one bedroom pool villas as it’s very private and quite - though there are two communal pools the one at the back of the property is generally less occupied.

The Haven is amazing, we couldn't fault anything about the property, have stayed there before and will again, have recommended it to family and friends who also loved The Haven Regards Carol

Great place with fantastic staff

The staffs were nice and friendly. We were last year at the apartment with dining room/kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Booked the same apartment again with 1 bed room. Due our stay there is renovation work. It's very loud. But our big apartment was clean, breakfast was good, with, staffs at breakfast were nice2.Pool big enough for us. Only emergency kits like Pflaster they don't have and wall hooks aren't enough for our clothes. They have also big balconies. We had a pleasant stay.

We cannot rate this property high enough. Our suite was fantastic. What you see in the photo's is what you get. Very comfortable bed and so roomy. The team at The Haven couldn't do enough to make your stay more comfortable. Everyone from the young man at the pool, to Management Staff who came around and spoke to us several times. Breakfast's, dinner's, cocktails, all wonderful. The pool area, beautiful. Under the palm trees. Will be cack again, for sure. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The hotel and especially the suites have seen better days, we had 3 rooms/suites. Air conditioning would stop working throughout the day. Couldn’t relax in the suites during the day because of the renovation that are happening in the suites end of the hotel(9-5 everyday) doesn’t look like it’s going to be finished any time soon. The rooms are old and in need of repairs(light don’t work, handles in shower broken, lots of little things like that. Felt like a 3 star hotel at best. Breakfast was ok 8/10

Staff service is awesome, they are friendly, helpful and attentive. We requested to change our room as its too far from the main entrance and the bathtub drainage is bad. They looked into it promptly and get us a renovated suite. Breakfast spread and location of hotel is great! The only feedback i have is that teh bathtub is too old and high. Despite a step is built in the renovated room the tub is old and the height is too high for comfort.
