Perfectly fine place to stay for a night's sleep on a longer drive across several states. I've been here twice. Rooms are perhaps a bit dated, but found to be clean. A number of establishments within a short walk for a late dinner, including Applebees. There is no breakfast served as has been mentioned by other reviewers, (other than coffee/ juice bar), but most importantly the pricing found online reflects that. If you want a full breakfast, pay more, or a lot more, somewhere else. I prefer to pay less. After check-out, went to a local Country Kitchen for a full breakfast and got back on the road. Other reviewers are correct in that the Front Desk at this hotel is not regularly staffed. There is some type of joint-ownership with the adjacent larger hotel, and there is clear signage on the front desk to pick up the house phone, which automatically calls the staff at the adjacent hotel, and they come over and check you in. When I stayed here in June, there was already a staff member at the Front Desk, checking in another guest, so there was no wait. Would stay here again without hesitation, the next time I make the multi-state drive.

This hotel did not accept my prepaid reservation through Expedia and made me pay for a second reservation.

Our room was not clean. The carpet had not been vacuumed.

Beds were uncomfortable. Air conditioner needed to be serviced.

Overall we really liked this hotel. It was clean and fresh with a gym and a pool in good working conditions. However, the morning coffee machine was not working and when we first arrived we had to wait for a clerk to come over from a neighboring hotel to check us in.

Great place to stay the night on our roadtrip. It could be cleaner though.

The hotel itself was clean but there was little to no contact with any employees. There was only coffee and juice available-no continental breakfast. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom off the lobby.

Staff was friendly and upgraded us to a suite when we checked in. Room was clean and quiet. Only recommendation would be having a breakfast available. Otherwise no issues and would recommend.

Everything was great except they didn't have the continental breakfast that they posted on the website.

Stood at the front desk for 15 minutes trying to check in. Walked the halls of the hotel to find nobody. When I finally got checked in. Used towels in the bathroom, hair on the shower wall. Wouldn’t recommend.

The toilet seat was broken. The mattress cover had pop or coffee stains. The bed skirt had awful stains as well. Did not notice until the morning. No one at desk at checkout or would have said something.

The toilet had fecal stains from a previous guest. There was a dead fly on the headboard. The bathroom had lotion/soap dispensers that were held to the wall with some kind of adhesive and they kept falling down. The surface of the bathtub was eroded away. The bed was comfortable and we slept ok. However, this room was not worth the close to $200 fee that we paid for one night. Also, the worker urinating onto the concrete in the parking lot was a turn-off.

The room was good size and you didn't hear much outside noise.The towels were small and the air conditioner was slightly noisy.

It appeared as though no one was manning the front desk and we waited for 15 minutes before someone came to check us in. That was my first impression. Then we got to the room and there was a kitchenette but there were no plates, silverware or cooking utensils. Also a bad impression. But the bed was clean and comfortable. Would have been nice to have a breakfast buffet there instead of just juice and coffee.

On Expedia this property claims they serve breakfast. They don’t. My room was to have a couch or chair. It didn’t. Air conditioning didn’t work in one room but the gentleman at the desk quickly moved us to a different room.

We were very unhappy that when booking it said there was breakfast, but there was no breakfast. Wish we'd stayed elsewhere.

Homey, nice pool, helpful staff

It’s an average hotel with a good bed and shower. No frills or breakfast. Accomplished what we needed.

Positives: Heritage Hotel was adequate. The suite was set up nicely. The bed was comfortable. The room temperature was nice. Negatives: The room lacked in cleanliness. The chair and sofa were clearly dirty- the chair was even sticky to touch the arm rests. The shower curtain had some dots of black mold on bottom. Pillow case covers smelled musty. If Heritage steps up their cleanliness we would stay again.

Cons: No continental breakfast, lots of chlorine in the pool and hot tub, garbage cans over flowing in all public areas, stains on bed sheet Pros: bed was comfy

It had instant hot water to shower and at the sink. Coffee all night. Quiet and clean. Stairs going up to the room could use a good vacuuming. Other than that we would stay there again.

There was no breakfast. Room was there with bowls and plates but no food. When did they quit serving?

stayed 3 nights lobby was dirty when we got there and the same mud was still there when we left, garbage around the desk was still there, room was not vacumed. pool area was the same way, dirty floors all three days same foot prints in the same spots. never cleaned. Said they had continetal breakfast but theyre was none, not even coffee. the bathroom by the pool ... toilet was full of s#!& almost to over flowing and it was still there the morning we left. Railing going to second floor was about to fall off and the carpets were never cleaned or even vacumed mud and dirt never moved. I will not ever stay there again. after checking in never saw anyone at the front desk again

I guess they say you get what you pay for everything was broken in the room the latch the hair dryer there was no shampoo or soap in the dispensers and the room definitely smelled like covered up urine but it was only $100
