The lady at the front desk told me they had no reservation for me. I showed my receipt from Hotels.com and that I was payed in full and she told me that I had to pay at the Hotel in a very rude tone. I said I wouldn’t pay again. She took my credit card info down and told me she would charge me if the payment didn’t come through her end soon. Meanwhile her children came out of a back room during all this. She clearly lived there. Not worth the low room rate. Gross place.

You got what you pay for. Dirty room, uncomfortable bed, didn’t want to get in the sheets. No extras, like iron, hangers, nothing really. Had a fridge, but wasn’t cold.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. Each time has been pleasant & very great rates.

Need more outlets for charging technology.

Fights in parking lot police called. Banging on doors from people looking for fights. Not a safe environment.

Room was big. Checkin desk and owner living area is sketchy. Room was clean. Questionable tenants and exterior.

Room was disgusting. Faucet dripped. Light switches were broken. There were women’s sanitary napkins under the sink. There was one shampoo tube that had been used. Some of the towels were dirty. No trash can. The included breakfast was make them yourself waffles but there wasn’t any syrup or other condiments. Tied with the second worst hotel experience I have ever had.

The room had tears in both chairs in the kitchen area. There was a futon that did not have any cushion on it at all. Felt like you were sitting on the metal bars of the futon. The bedding was clean but the mattress was terrible. I do NOT recommend this motel!

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at Hotels.com should get sued for this was just going there to sleep for a few hours. It was filthy bugs were in it. The sheets were nasty. They had hair on them and there Feces on the wall next to the toilet, the toiletries were used in the shower and just left. The shower was filthy The people in the parking lot were sketchy when we got checked into our room the person that runs it was rude and didn’t even have shoes on, and I had to check in a glass window. We ended up sleeping, which seemed like the safer option.

It was a great place to stay.

The room was massive and overall pretty nice. Cheapest room I found online in the area so I don't expect perfect (you get what you pay for) so all the flaws were reasonable. Just little things here and there that had no effect on my sleep or stay.

Noisey from guests outside the room. Front desk person had no customer service talents.

It wasn't a clean facility. The room was poorly cleaned. The sheets were of microfiber. The shower curtains were ripped. The room had a lot of space. No unpleasant noise. This was the only good thing.

There were bugs in the rooms moved the dresser to plug PlayStation in and there was a used syringe laying on the floor

My husband and I went from Las Vegas, NV to St. George, UT to watch our granddaughter perform in a dance competition at Snow Canyon High School on March 8, 2024. Hotel rooms were hard to come by and we ended up booking a room at the Economy Inn & Suites on St. George Blvd. We did not know anything about that place of lodging other than what we found on www.hotels.com. We figured that we could stay anywhere for just one night. However, we were wrong. The Economy Inn & Suites is the dirtiest, grossest, most getto/third-world like place we have ever stayed. First, it appears to be a super low budget hotel with weekly tenants, which information is not shared online. There were vehicles in the parking lot with flat tires or that did not otherwise appear operable. The first room we were assigned to, no. 220, had a broken lock and we therefore requested to change rooms. We were then assigned to room no. 103. Both rooms were very dirty. There was clearly no regular cleaning occurring other than the changing of sheets and towels. Nevertheless, we had already paid for the room despite the No Refunds notice prominently displayed behind the front desk. We were fine getting through one night without the cleanest environment; however, when we woke up early in the morning (when it was still dark outside) and turned on the lights we saw bedbugs on our bed sheets. They were everywhere. This is a health hazard. We told the FD and he wasn’t surprised or concerned.

The bed sheets had not changed by housekeeping from previous nights guest. We asked for clean sheets and were given sets that were full of hair and had urine stains on them. We asked to be refunded but management put us in their property next door, The Coronoda,. It was clean but not great. Do not stay at the Economy Suites. In spite of one employee giving us dirty sheets the management was extremely polite and helpful.

You get what you pay for... don't do it. Just don't.

The room was large, yet the beds were very out dated probably the original beds from the first owners of this establishment; very uncomfortable. The beds also had some garbage around the base of the beds, this made us question when the room was truly cleaned last. The bed sheets and cover had multiple stains, the back of bathroom door was covered with all different stains or dirt - need to be wiped down. The bathroom towels had paint and or grease stains on them, might want to purchase new. Will not stay here on any of our up and coming visits.

The bed was stained yellow, probably piss? There was mold on the shower ceiling, the door did not lock, and for a no smoking room, it reaked of cigarettes. It was not a safe place to be or travel. There is a reason it is as cheap as it is.

I had a great stay real good for the price the rooms Are very big really convenient with kids .

Needs upgrades

The mirror in the bathroom was so old that it had places on it where I couldn’t see myself. There was closet space, but no hangers. The furniture was old and chipped. I have to eat gluten free because I have celiac disease. There was nothing in the breakfast area that was gluten free,so all I had for breakfast was juice. It’s frustrating to me that the prices for hotels keep going up so much, but I keep getting less and less for my money.

Best price I could find on short notice. Hated that I would have had to go to the hotel next door for breakfast. Also, breakfast started too late for me to be able to partake.

I'm not even glad I was only sleeping in the room. There are no quiet hour restrictions so I didn't get to sleep until 2 am one night due to a drunken party in a room near ours. I even asked them to be quiet to no avail and I wasn't confident the live-in managers would have done anything. Breakfast is not in the hotel but the one next door and it isn't as advertised. The bedsheets had rips, there was dirt in corners, and very few electrical outlets for charging devices.

The room was very large and comfortable .
