Very nice property. Staff was accomodating. My reservation got cancelled in error and the manager was great in fixing the error! WOULD DEF STAY AGAIN!

Gorgeous property. Love the amenities and family oriented pool area. Close to all area attractions but far enough away from all the busy high traffic areas of disney and universal. Love

Room location was not the best. First floor near building entrance. Hearing people coming in and out, not very relaxing.

Loved it…was beautiful!

I loved the intimate surroundings. Unlike other resorts, it was serene and uncrowded. The food at the onsite restaurant was delicious and well priced.

Our stay was good. I think some of the front desk staff could be more personable. The gentleman who checked us in had a rather flat affect. Not the warm and friendly welcome that the family next to us was receiving from the other male staff member. The staff in the marketplace and at Blossoms all of our days there was excellent. Super friendly, polite and playful with my children. The lifeguards at the slides need to stay off their phones. They are quite comfortable having full blown conversations with their friends, even on FaceTime. The family events like trivia and bingo, are so awesome to have. The lazy river and the grounds are very clean and kudos to the staff that maintains these grounds. We had an incident at Blossoms are last night. We had 3 to go orders and when we got back to our room, we noticed all 3 orders were wrong. I addressed the issue in the morning with a front desk staff member who sent me to concierge desk and Miss Amber at concierge was surprised I was sent there but she quickly went to get a supervisor/manager. His name was Jeff and quickly apologized for the meal issues and provided refund on my account. I think the new young staff need to be reminded that if they don't know the answer, to get a manager instead of erroneously send someone to concierge to simply not have to deal with the problem. Overall, still a nice stay and we will be back.

Reduced amenities from years past, JW Marriot pool restrictions only available to Lakeview guests Mon -Thurs. Was closed without prior notice of stay. We would have stay somewhere else. Rules not enforced as far as guest staying needed pool bracelets worn, guest from other hotels used pool freely. Could not split my bill and imposed security deposit onto my rewards card at desk checkin. Not the best stay here this time. We will be exploring other options for our next visit. There are many other Marriot villas in Orlando

From the time we arrived, which was before check in, until the time we departed, we were made to feel like VIP guests. The room was beautiful, the grounds were meticulously maintained, and the hotel is in a very convenient location to Sea World and the convention center. It's away from the hustle and bustle, but still within a few miles. We'll definitely be back!

Clean room with kitchenette, clean grounds, clean pool. Had fun in the lazy river and water slide. Only negatives to say is that too many people had floats and it got crowded and there’s no water or snack vending machines in the room building

This was an oasis!! Loved every second of it!! Very clean inside villa and pool area. We will definitely be back!!!

Perfect other than a horrible smell coming from the locked closet door that holds the AC unit. I think a small animal must have got on there some where. We kept smelling something that was horrible. I did tell the staff to check it.

The lazy river is the best feature! Staff was always pleasant and helpful and the areas were clean.

This property is beautiful and I felt like I could have been in the Caribbean. The units are large and well stocked and outfitted with beautiful and big balconies. It really was a pleasant place to stay to get a break from Disney. The one thing I didn’t like was that there were so many reserved pool chairs. I would get to the pool at 7 to sit and I would watch people reserving spots for hours. Yet I left my chair for three minutes to ask the front desk a question and security was going through my bag when I returned. They said they thought my stuff was left there over night. Strange. Maybe they should focus on the people that aren’t there and saving spots, therefore screwing the rest of their customers. Anyway, if you’re going to be overzealous, fix the real pool chair issue.

I loved the lazy river pool, we were there at night with no one else around. It was 57 ° out and we were with my 3 year old daughter. We didnt even notice how cold it was until we got out of the pool...it was so nice. But when we first arrived as soon as i checked in I used the restroom in our room. When I flushed the toilet I had a sharp pain then realized the silver paint around the push-to-flush button on the top of the toilet was peeling off and really sharp around the edges and i got a piece of it stuck in my finger. It was stuck like a thorn and bled a little bit but i was so disgusted that the hotel couldnt have replaced that one piece...i got toilet bacteria from the flusher in my bloodstream. A piece that would have cost maybe $5 to replace. They gave my daughter a goody bag and they sent an emt to check it out they ended up replacing the flusher but the emt couldn't even take the piece put of my finger because the skin had to be cut open. We got an apology of course and the lady was really nice...but this could have been avpided with closer attention to the hotel rooms which makes me worried especially with covid. Are the rooms being properly cleaned and taken care of. I just hope i dont have some kind of disease from someone else
