Staff here is dressed in traditional Austrian apparel. Everything you need is anticipated. There is easy parking on site, a shuttle to slopes/shopping every 1/2 hr thru 17:00. Gourmet breakfast buffet included- best I’ve ever had. The workout area matches or exceeds any I’ve ever seen, with views of mountains, loads of cardio machines, weights & yoga. Outdoor pool big enough for laps. Lovely indoor pool & steam. Rooms are great quality, very spacious. On site restaurants with good food. In short, one of my favorite places ever.

Our hotel stay was great the staff was friendly and helpful . The food and drinks were outstanding , the shuttle service was great ! The pool ,spa & workout facilities were spot on .

Staff made billing and airport shuttle pickup mistakes and tried to make customer pay (when it was clearly hotel’s fault). Rude and stressful front desk interaction that tainted on overall nice stay.

Staff brilliant, facilities superb and we had a great time. Only issue was the room temperature was too warm for us until we figured out the climate system in the room... Ski boot room was fantastic and heated, dry boots each day made all the difference. We opted for half board for a change and were pleased we did. Breakfast superb, dinner menu changed each night and 2 of the 5 nights the food was exceptional, 2 nights very good and 1 night good. We'd go back albeit pricing looks to have increased sharply from when we booked before.

Amazing property, love this hotel so much

The Grand Tirolia is truly in a class by itself in Kitzbuhel. The resort is beautifully designed and furnished in chic tyrolean style set in a perfect location at the base of the mountains. The rooms are spacious, modern, clean and very well layed out. We travelled with lots of luggage for a ski vacation and the closet space was amazing (in addition to the ski storage room). The bathroom is very large and has a super nice rain shower and soaking tub with separate powder room. The deck is also quite spacious and views were amazing. The service in the hotel is top notch; warm, friendly, helpful and professional. A special thank you to the hotel manager, Johannes Lehberger, who really welcomed us after a particularly trying travel day from Spain. Thank you! The front desk staff was also great including Natayolia from Bulgaria, she's wonderful! Two off the chart aspects of the resort; breakfast and the Spa. The breakfast spread is incredible and has among other things an egg/omelete station, amazing Austrian cheeses, fresh juice made to order (e.g., my wife had a freshly blended carot, ginger, orange), fabulous coffee and teas. Literally the best breakfast spread we have ever had; beats Paris/London grand hotels. The spa has three different types of saunas, steam rooms, whirlpool, outdoor/indoor pool and is really outfitted well. All in all, this is the best place to stay in Kitzbuhel, enjoy!

We recent had the pleasure of a stay at this excellent hotel. We were given a very nice upgrade to a beautifully appointed room with balcony. Dinner and breakfast were both equally as good, service friendly and exceptional. Hotel facilities were also of a good standard, well equipped gym and spa. Overall this luxury hotel represented outstanding value and a place we will undoubtedly return to.

Great room and generally very helpful attitude from all the staff. We thoroughly enjoyed a “hike with Paul”, always enjoyed the daily sauna infusions and all the dining options were great

I almost don't want to give this a 5 star review because I'd love to keep the Grand Tirolia a hidden gem. Where to begin...the pool is amazing-indoor and outdoor (just the right temperature), super kid friendly without the loudness of kids, the rooms are big enough for a family of 4, the food is great and the staff (in the restaurants and hotel) are simply awesome!!! I would recommend the Grand Tirolia for both winter holiday and summer holiday!!!

So many things. Inconvenient location and shuttle only ran when they felt like it. Digital control in room not working, but not informed thereof. Killed bugs in bathroom.

Great property with 3 onsite restaurants. The parking is 45 Euros per night. The rooms are large with nice balconies. The spa is family friendly and has a thermal pool with hot tub and saunas. There is even an adult only textile free area. The resort has a shuttle bus to the ski slopes every 30 minutes and the resort has a ski rental shop and can even sell you passes to skiKitz. GREAT resort, and the food is amazing. The breakfast spread is HUGE!!!

The staff was super. They surprised my sister with flowers & cake on our arrival for her 50th Birthday and throughout our stay made everyday special for her. Very grateful for their hospitality and care.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel.

The hotel had great amenities and a Spa oasis with several saunas and stem baths and indoor/outdoor connected pool. The gym was state of the art. The rooms were large and perfect for travelling with a small child. The food was excellent.

No complaints, everything worked as it should be. Room was clean and big. Breakfast had gluten-free bread and omelettes. Spa area was great after a day of skiing. Free ski shuttle bus runs every 30 mins and pickup possible until 17.00. Parking was free

The hotel is beautiful, warm and comfortable. We stayed in a deluxe suite that had two bedrooms, a foyer and living room. There was some confusion about how the lighting system worked (all controlled by a panel), but overall it was a gorgeous stay.

The property was re-opened after what sounds like an extensive renovation, and the staff may have been under-prepared. I was also disappointed that I was encouraged to overlook the parking lot from our “Mountain View” rooms. That said, the chef, the kitchen team, all the servers- every single one of them, the guys in the pro-shop and the shuttle drivers were top-notch, welcoming and thoughtful and made this the five-star experience we had expected.

Best service ever

Beautiful property perfectly located between Kitzbühel and Jochberg. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The bathrooms are amazing and large. The wellness area is huge and very well equipped. Food options on site are delicious and I recommend having a fondue in the evening. Will be going back for sure.

No a/c in room. Only one bedroom suite or larger suites have a/c

We had a beautiful room which was had a separate bedroom from the living/dining room and therefore large enough for our two young daughters and ourselves. The hotel was comfortable, well-accessible and the staff was friendly. What was rather disappointing, being a five-star hotel, was that the resort was understaffed due to COVID-19. Completely understandable, but it really diminished the quality of the service. Like having to haul our own suitcases to the room. We had half-board, yet the possibilities for dining were limited and we had no choice in menu or sitting area which also motivated us to look for dining options outside the resort. The communication between front-desk and other service areas in the hotel was not very smooth. All in all we had a reasonable experience, yet paying the full price and getting half the quality was disappointing.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT BESIDES THE RESTAURANT

Clean and wonderful room with a balcony. Great spa/pool. Helpful staff. Tried to book a treatment, but after some confusion with the spa staff i had to cancel it - that was disappointing.

It's been many years since we have stayed in a Hilton Hotel, usually preferring smaller boutique hotels. However, we were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel, as although it is a large hotel, there was an intimacy about it that we really liked and we really loved the decor. The staff were all lovely, friendly and professional. We only stayed one night, so had the smallest room, but it was very well laid out, comfy bed and the shower was fantastic! Our only negative comments were that the TV channel list in the room did not match up to the channels on the actual TV; the lighting system in the room was very confusing, with a dashboard without any instructions; and there were no tea and coffee facilities in our room. We do enjoy our morning cuppa so this was a bit disappointing. Also, our lunch on the day we left was very mediocre. We ordered tagliatelle with bolognese sauce, and the pasta wasn't cooked all the way through, it was barely warm with a very stingy amount of sauce. However, the breakfast was superb, so much choice and great options to choose from. The Spa and pool area were very smart and the pool nice and warm. We also eat dinner in the hotel, and the restaurant was really nice with a brilliant view of the mountains. We would definitely come back again, and stay longer to enjoy the beautiful scenery and great walks in the area.
