Amazing, enjoyed it

Comfortable hotel. We stayed here a second time on our way back from our trip. I will stay here again if in the area.

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was great, and the beds were comfortable, except for the sofa sleeper. Please replace the mattress on that. I have never slept so uncomfortably and I’m an avid camper who is used to sleeping on the ground. This mattress was hurting our backs so bad. We have a return stay and I’m feeling like we may have to get an air mattress to make it work because no one in our party is willing to sleep on the sofa sleeper. Other than that mattress, the rest of the stay was great and I would recommend, but I do not recommend a room that requires sleeping on a sofa sleeper.

I would like to say this was one of the best CS i have stayed at the workers were all friendly room was spacious (2 queen with pull out couch ) and clean we had towels for all 4 of us which is unusual the fresh lemon water in the lobby was a great refresher the breakfast was one of the best ive ever had at a hotel B&G, waffles, cereal, fruit,yogurt,bagels,muffins,eggs,potatoes, sausage, grits drinks i would stay again if i return to golfport good location!! Also we ate next door at Mr &Mrs Juicy it was great food and drinks !!

Another great experience

Our stay at Comfort Suites, Gulfport was a real disappointment. While the breakfast was decent and the housekeeping staff was wonderful—truly the best part of our stay—the rest left much to be desired. I booked a room that sleeps six people since we had five in our party, but to my surprise, there were only four towels. On the first morning, I asked housekeeping for an extra, and they kindly provided it without issue. But the next day, I went to the front desk to request six towels. I was shocked when the staff responded, "We only provide four towels per room." I explained that we had five guests, but the response didn’t change. Eventually, they agreed to give us five towels, but not before telling me they'd need to verify we had five to exchange. Really? I’m a guest staying in your hotel, yet I’m being treated like I'm lying about needing enough towels. This policy is absurd. If a room is meant to accommodate more than four people, then it should come with enough towels for all guests. It’s that simple. The issues didn’t stop there. The sleeper sofa was incredibly uncomfortable—so worn out that the mattress was nonexistent. We had to buy a twin airbed from Walmart just to give our fifth guest a place to sleep. To top it off, there was no blanket provided for the sofa bed, just sheets. In short, while housekeeping was great, the rest of the experience fell flat. Comfort Suites needs to update their policies and improve the quality of their rooms. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Hotel was okay. Didnt like that fact they only gave 4 towels and if you need more you need to bring the dirty ones. That was a major inconvenience expecially when you have kids. Breakfast was okay. Bagels were hard. Staff at the front were nice and friendly. The cook was friendly and helpful. Overally i give it a okay stay. Pillows were small. Probably will never come back to this hotel again when passing through.

Floor was wet by the air condition by the bed so you had to crawl on the bed to not get your feet wet. Come to find out the pool was closed due to water dripping from the ceiling. Asked front desk at 645 if we can have the cereal provided because we had to leave for a game and I was told it opens at 7. I asked if we can have dry cereal so my kid had something to eat. He had to ask a supervisor who had to ask another supervisor to give my son permission to have the cereal we saw in the container. I am not sure why this event became so difficult. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable so we didn't sleep well and we were sore in the morning. We won't be going back.
