Very clean & beds are comfy. But, there were no extra blankets in the room. My room had a pull out couch- no linens were stored in the room for it. But, i will assume if i made a request for it- the staff would have provided. Front desk staff were great!

1st night there, they knocked on our door at midnight because we were not in their system, had to go to front desk, only to find out we were in their system, just showing in a different room.Property needs attention, our room had no major issues, but, closet door handle barely hanging on, curtains were not hanging correctly, phone did not work. Called front desk, they came to room and took pictures and apologized. We explained they didn’t have to be fixed for us, but they did need attention.Stayed 3 nights, on 3rd night had to have keys reprogrammed to get into room.

There was only one person at the front desk so check in was a bit long. Bright side, he did let me check in early after a 14-hour drive. Room was very large and clean. Hotel is worn with loud squeaky door and common bathroom door that will not shut. Overall, nice place.

Our stay was great! The hotel is very clean and the rooms were a great size! The staff was all super nice and helpful! My granddaughter got sick early in the morning all over our bed and they had no problem changing everything for us when they came to clean the room! By far one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Manhattan! Will be staying again!

Found a hair ball and crumpled up garbage in our room. Too hot to sleep in as the air did not work properly. Lady at the front desk was not the nicest and not in a hurry to help you. The breakfast was delicious!!

The rooms and bathrooms need updating. Everything is old and outdated. The bathtub needs to be updated. The rooms smelled like wet carpet and the air was musty. Not pleasant stay. One of the rooms did not lock and was unlocked the whole time we were there. The receptionist said there was nothing she could do about that. Will never stay there again.

Aside from the things above, the free breakfast was a nice touch, however the dining area should stay open until at least 10 am especially since lunch is not served. Access to wi fi would be nice. The staff especially the cleaning crew, very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean however is in need of some repairs in the shower. The vents in the AC and ceiling needed cleaning, lots of build up dust for allergy sensitive guest. Refrigerator desperately needs
defrosting. Ice machine on my floor wasn' t working, no sign indicating.Overall met
expectation. Reasonably priced. Enjoyed stay and would recommend to family and friends.

Closet door was taped up, Clean sheets.
The room door was hard to close and have it lock. We had to shut hard several times to get it to lock when going to dinner and breakfast. At breakfast, we asked where any salt and pepper was and the poor lady doing breakfast only had one pepper shaker in a drawer and no salt shaker for the whole dining room.

Hotel was just a little rough. Shower and sink didn’t drain, ice machines didn’t work, etc. The only front desk staff person running around property helping other guests (she was doing her best) during high traffic time so there was a wait to get checked in.

The dryer almost electrified me. Other than that the front desk was very rude to my guest because she couldn’t find her hotel key fast enough before they told her she should leave because they thought she was a homeless person hanging around. She tried hard to find her room key finding it was a two. Sided color and that was the confusion in her hand bag. She kept telling the guy in the from she was staying as a guest with her sister and I had to go down to help settle the situation. Other than that the pool area was great room was clean and quiet. We slept well. They con improved by better English in front desk for emergency situations but they understand fire and smoke and plug. Just not zapped electrical socket and electrical outlets. Someone did come up to the room to check and that was helpful so the next person don’t get hurt.

We visited Manhattan KS for a wedding. We chose a king room with a couch that pulled out to a bed. It was perfect for a quick trip with my husband and 2 kids, 13 & 9. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and felt like it was a safe area. It is close to Walmart and several restaurants. Would stay here again.

Nothing seemed to be working. No ice machines worked, pool was green, sauna was out of order. On the plus side breakfast was decent and the staff was very friendly for the most part.

Several plugs did not work. One set of lights and plugs were not plugged in. After untangling cords got stuff plugged in at it work. Shower safety strips wer dirty and in need of replacement. Sauna did not work. Hot tub jets had very little pressure. Breakfast was gross. Powdered eggs were lumby and lacked flavor. Biscuits were rock hard.

The front desk receptionist/manager was very kind and accommodating. We did have to switch rooms when we discovered black mold growing on the ceiling above the shower but as soon as we showed the manager she immediately took care of us and our new room was much better. I hope they were able to take care of the issue in the first room. Ultimately our stay went well and they were very kind.

The staff and checkin were great. The room, however, was unfit. The bathroom had a shower curtain rod that was hanging by wood blocks and nails. The ceiling above the shower/tub was full of black mold. The curtains in the bedroom area were falling down on one side.

Our room had cracked/molded ceilings in the bathroom, the shower curtain rod was held on with raw wood chip blocks, the shower was moldy, the toilet paper holders were broken, the curtain was broken, & the pool area was GROSS. There was a visible coat of slimy film on the pool water. The key cards often didn’t work, & the phone seriously looked like it was from the 90’s. For one of the “nicer” places to stay in Manhattan, I wouldn’t recommend.

This property is conveniently located in a well lit area also surrounded with different stores such as Walmart, Aldi, discount tires, etc…The staff were friendly and helpful. It has an indoor pool, jacuzzi and gym. They also have a small laundry room for guests. Warm breakfast served every morning from 6-9. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone!!

The front desk service was amazing! The property and rooms were very clean. The breakfast was the only thing lacking. The same sausage, biscuit gravy, and eggs were served everyday.We stayed for 5 days, so by the 3rd day we were over the cold breakfast.
