Everything! I was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The floor we stayed on was under renovations and instead of closing it off to guests we were put in a room as they were painting sanding and remodeling outside our door. At one point we returned to our room one afternoon and they had our door taped off with plastic. The contractor asked if we wanted to get in and then asked if we planned on coming out. They were spraying for bugs so there were dead bugs in the hallways as well as live ones in our bathroom. Room wasn’t serviced after the first night we had to ask for towels then we’re giving one towel. Customer service was non existent let alone the condition of the property. Very bad experience. Would not recommend to anyone.

The AC in our room didn't work and it was very hot. They were kind enough to loan us a fan to cool it off enough to sleep
