Decent for the price, but mattress had a dip in the middle and the items mounted to the walls in the bathroom were coming out of the wall.

A/C turned off multiple times, the maintenance man said it was our fault for turning it down too low. He came and fixed and adjusted temperature to his liking and the ac still turned off in the middle of the night. Beds were extremely worn and sunken in the middle. Everything about this place was cheap. The one thing that was up to par was cleanliness. Forced to stay here because everything else was booked. Definitely not worthy of the good reviews.

My trip was a combination of business and pleasure. I was impressed with the desk staff when checking in and out. I was impressed with the cleanliness of room and bathroom. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. I don’t like firm pillows and all of them on my bed were not comfortable. The continental breakfast wasn’t the most desirable, but it was adequate. I definitely would consider staying in this hotel again just because of the desk staff and the cleanliness of the room and bathroom.

This place was fine, nothing special though. The lamp shade in our room was stained like something got spilt on it??? And the room never got very cold despite being turned to 65. There was breakfast available and a coffee machine so that’s a plus. Was it terrible? No, but I don’t know that I would stay here again.

The staff appeared to be poorly trained and not at all concerned with the customer. The beds, although the staff claimed they were queen sized, theyy were mere doubles. The mattresses were foam, not spring, and if you weighed laß than 100lbs., they would have been quite comfortable. The staff appeared to care less if you had any special needs and they seemed to be unable or unwilling to be of assistance. The breakfasts, however, were wonderful and the building condition was top notch.

Our stay was good. Really good hot water supply in our room; shower pressure slightly lacking. Breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. Check in staff was friendly.

I chose this hotel because it was close to K-State in Manhattan, Kansas, specifically the Veterinary Hospital. Both my dogs needed extensive dental work. I found the front desk person pleasant and informative. I bought a to-go dinner and asked if I could eat it in the breakfast room, adjacent to the front desk. (Didn't want to eat with two sets of brown eyes staring at me.) Pleasant stay! Looking ahead I did not participate or have knowledge of amenities because I spent all my time at the Vet hosital Missed breakfast but saw a picture and showed waffles and scrambled eggs!

The beds were awful it was clean it was overall okay but breakfast was not good at all. The staff did check us in and out but were indifferent and slightly rude. You sign a long list of rules that can get you removed. I think it may be to close to the college or something it wasn’t awful but it was not very good either

Checked in really late at night (more like super early morning) and the front desk clear was rather short with me. Other than that one incident the hotel was clean and safe and a solid choice if you’re in Manhattan KS.

Room was clean, well laid out and large. Heat/AC worked fine. Only issue was fitted sheet was for a queen bed on a king bed. Not a great night.

Shower was broken handle would not go to hot water.

We took showers at night and in the morning…no hot water. Mattresses were old and soft. Will not be staying here again.

I was disappointed in my stay. I stayed 4 nights and at no point recieved housekeeping services. The hairdryer in the room did not function properly. The towels have seen better days; very scratchy, no fluff left. Breakfast was mediocre at best: half cooked sausage, rubbery eggs, soggy hash browns. Bed was comfortable and the A/C worked. Room was clean aside from bathroom floor under the sink. Property is a short drive from K-State campus and downtown area, which was nice.

Located in safe neighborhood, easy drive to downtown area for dinner and drinks. Hotel very clean and nice, only complaint was the complimentary breakfast was awful.

Declined since I last stayed several years ago. Early morning noise of tools or kitchen at 4:50 am was NOT good.

Nothing crazy and terrible Internet

The hotel was clean and comfortable. But the hair dryer didn’t work in our room, neither did our phone. So I had to find their number on line to cal the front desk with my cell phone.. I asked for a hair dryer to be sent op. No one ever showed up with our hair dryer. We had to leave with wet hair and not ready for the day.

I always like to stay here as it is in my old stomping grounds of my childhood. The beds are comfortable, it is centrally located in town so which ever side of town you are traveling to you are in the middle. It has always been clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. On this trip there was a bad storm that came through around 9:30 pm and the power went out putting me in a pitch black room. My only light was to open the curtains and rely on the lightning. To my surprise there was no back up generator! I was so surprised! You could not see in front of you and it was very dark outside due to the storm. I ended up just going to bed early but I would highly recommend they put one in especially if you have people that require medical equipment such as a c-pap as my husband does or an oxygen machine. He fortunately was not with me that trip but these are life supporting equipment that would not have been able to be used unless they had some sort of backup/battery within their machines. That is something not to be taken lightly!

We've stayed here before because their prices are reasonable. This time the bed mattress was horrible! It sagged and I felt like I was falling in a hole! I notified the front desk at check out.
