We love this location, it’s our second summer and looking forward to our third summer.

The room itself was good except the bathroom. The entrance which gave me the first impression was not very nice.

This is a home away from home. I stayed in Rm 304 I loved this 1 bedroom apt. It had plenty of space. Cozy living room with kitchen and everything and more to make you feel at home. If you want to cook a nice morning breakfast all you need is the groceries to make it everything else is provided. The patio is nice to relax while drinking your morning cup of coffee while watching the morning surfer and the beautiful views. So Perfect to walk to every place, park your car in the locked garage and your only a few steps to anyplace you need and want go to. The couch and bed are comfortable. And most of all the front desk is awesome. I arrived way before check in, and just wanted to leave my luggage but they kind friendly lady at the front desk allowed me to check in and start enjoy my day. I will defiantly stay here again.

This hotel is right next to the beach so that was so awesome! The room was nice except we weren’t able to get the beach view but still really comfortable the only thing is that our bed had a couple stains on it but for the most part would stay here again. Also the parking for this hotel is secured and it was great we didn’t have to worry about parking.

Loved our stay here, location was amazing. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. I wish there was more of a view on the ocean but otherwise it was perfect. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice staff, very helpful and the parking is great

I loved the stay. We got there alil early 11ish and our check in was 3pm. I called them because its gated, to see if we cud park even tho we was early and the girl on the desk said yes. I forgot her name but she was super nice. We got our stuff and head to da beach was there maybe 2hrs till they text me dat my room was ready so we was able to get it like 2hrs before check in witch was perfect because it was getting chilly, It was like a mini house, it had refrigeator, small electric stove, coffee maker, dinner table, a small living room with sofa bed, decent size bedroom and a balcony with a view of the beach. Awsome i cudnt ask for more. Plus everything is at a walkin distance, like shopping stores, restaurants, icecream shops, bars, a market near by if u wana make ur own food. And the beach like a minute away. The only thing that thru me off, they don't got AC, but as soon as i turn da fan and open da balcony door it got fresh quick...i would definetly stay again:)

Great location. Steps to beach. Surprised there wasn’t daily housekeeping which is why I only gave 4 stars. Housekeeping just replenished towels and took out garbage. Friendly staff. We have been coming every year for the past 6 years. Our favorite place to stay in Pismo.

Did not disappoint everything was excellent. Clean spacious room great view from patio and the staff was very nice.

Alway love sraying here

It was extremely hot, no air in room. We had to sleep with open windows due to heat, unfortunately the noise was bad. Our windows faced the road way that faces motel 6. This is a road way everyone walks through to go back and forth to Main Street, Harry’s, Splash and pier. So it was very loud all night and early morning!

The perfect get away for family with kids! Only bad part - no pool!

Favorite hotel to stay at

We stayed 2 nights in a suite with reservations for 5. Adequate bedding was not provided, even after we asked for it the morning after our first night. The room is equipped with 2 pull-out beds, but we were given only 2 flat sheets, 1 blanket, 1 small lap blanket, and one additional pillow. We were also provided only 3 towels for our stay. We were able to make due with the towel situation, but the inadequate bedding was a real issue. The room was also in need of maintenance. There were several missing or broken electrical outlet covers and recessed bulbs were replaced with the wrong type or the covers were missing. The inn is in a nice location, very close to the beach, and it was nice to be able to use beach toys that previous guests had left in the parking garage. We would consider staying again, but would insist on problems being addressed immediately upon check-in prior to accepting our room assignmenr.

Ocean views were blocked by other buildings.

The private parking structure was very nice. It’s located near all of the shops and dinning spot. Great beach access right next to swings as well. The rooms were decorated beautifully. It was like staying in a personal condo. They provided beach towels, fully stocked kitchen and toys for the kids. The only thing I didn’t like was the shower head.

Wish I could stay for a week instead of just overnight!

The room was large and clean

The room was very nice with a fireplace, balcony, nice tv with streaming, full size refrigerator and freezer, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, dishes and utensils. We had everything we needed. Location is great! The hotel is located right by the beach and near restaurants and shops. Camille was very cheerful and informative at check-in and check-out.

Beach House welcome me with nice and clean room. The INN is right next to the pier where shops and restaurants are in your walking distance.

Staff is amazing and my room was ready 2 hours prior to check in, which was great!

So convenient as it is right next to everything. They even have beach toys and supplies in the parking garage. Our room had two flat screen tvs, a full size fridge, a stove top range with appliances, and a microwave. 10/10

Everything was perfect from the beginning. My family and I arrived, I was able to plug my Tesla in the secure parking garage, the office staff was very nice and helpful, the room was nice and pleasant and I appreciate the late check out. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable! 5/5

Excellent service and close to everything

The stay was good except for the new bed recently put into the room. We stayed in room 209 6 months ago and the bed was very comfortable. Apparently the owner of the room decided to put a new bed in the room recently, to our dismay. The bed is extra extra firm. It's so hard you might as well sleep on the floor. My husband and I had fitful nights slepping on the horrible bed. I only got 3 hours of sleep the last night we were there. That kind of mattress might be good for people with back problems only. We will never request that room again.

Amazing location. Parking was super convenient and hotel location allowed us to walk everywhere. Noisy location as it was downtown. Bed was hard as a rock and pillows were too soft. It messed up my neck. Water pressure was amazing. Lady at front desk was very nice.

we liked this property. The room 210 has an amazing view. Absolutely enjoyed our short stay here. it’s close to the pier, restaurants and stores. We will come back again. I wish we will get the same room next time.
