Bed was horrible, pillows were flat, shower felt and sounded like you were going to fall through it.

Nice stay,need to work on internet connection,,,constant sign in required….need shelf in shower for soap,shampoo,conditioner, do not not disturb sign needed…that’s all thanks

My room was extremely smelly. It smelled like fish. I purchased a room with refrigerator and microwave, but didn’t have that at all. I didn’t even have a telephone in my room. Because of the inconvenience I had to change my travel plans. I’ll never book here again. The only good thing is that I received a full refund.

Bed bugs in two of our family rooms. It was 80 degrees on the floors when it was already over 100 degrees outside.

Bath tubs felt and sound like you were going to fall straight through the ceiling. There were bugs walking across the mirrors over the bed , lastly the third floor was infested with bed bugs . My family and I drive over 8 hours to try to enjoy ourselves but we really couldn’t due to the hiccups with this property.

We were there 2 days and room was not cleaned. They came in and left towels but never cleaned the room. Everything else was okay.

Surprised me. Wasn’t expecting much due to the affordability. But it was nicer than expected. Cleaner than expected. I like the free breakfast - wasn’t the best I’ve had but again much appreciated for the price.

Not bad and was clean.

Our first room and toothpaste in the sink and foot prints in the tub. The elevator certificate was expired. They had no USB ports to charge devices. The hotel was definitely behind the times. Obviously cleanliness and safety is not a priority at this property.

Carpets very old and dirty.

Staff=great!! Property= 1970’s dark browns. Needs updating, including deep tub that creaks! Property & room were clean. Bed was clean & comfortable.

The room design was good. I could tell a dog stayed in it before. The ice bucket in the room had shoe marks on it from a dog. There was a sticky film all over everything in the room. It was disgusting.

I was there about 30 minutes and had a family emergency come up that i had leave and check out. Property manager WOULD NOT refund any of my payment. Bad business practice. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Comfy bed and a big deep tub. The remote had a big wad of claim stuck underneath it (housekeeping should have caught that).. 1 bed had simply been made after the previous users. Tissues were out but the biggest issue THE AC DIDNT WORK! Sleeping in a 73° room wasn't fun and we didn't call front desk cause we needed sleep. Not moving rooms or workers in and out fixing air.

Liked the hassle-free check-in experience and the staff reception in general. The curtains in our room did not close fully and there was light on my eyes from the street lamp throughout the night.

We were on the end room downstairs, exterior door did not latch, anyone could get into hallway without card. Many people were hanging around area when we came in. Breakfast consisted of a few cheap bagels and muffins, 4 choices of cold cereal and pre-packaged bulk previously frozen pancakes and sausage muffins. No yogurt, toast,fruit.

Room had not been vacuumed , carpet ripped, poor tv. Not a pleasant stay. Probably my last Microtel stay.

Our room was cleaned 3 out of the 5 days we were there. Also we had contacted them 4 days in advance of.our arrival about shipping a package to.them. W e could have sent.it.to a different address but they said they would accept it so we sent.it there. When we arrived late friday night we were informed they refused it and sent it.back to the sender. We were able to get.it.on monday but it entailed many hours of phone calls and travel to a different city.

FIRE ALARM KEPT GOING OFF. CARPET TORN. FRONT DESK WOULDNT GIVE ANY TOWELS

When we arrived there was a police car in the parking lot, which gave me an odd feeling. The rooms where out dated, my sisters room carpet patches where missing. There was supposed to be a complementary breakfast which you would think there would have been a variety of things to choose from like the rest of the hotels that offer it and the only thing that was available was cereal. It did not feel very kid friendly and there was only one receptionist, so if you needed anything sometimes you have to wait for them to come back. I would recommend if you have no kids and need a quick rest stop.

The room had a odd smell and it was very outdated. The phone was missing all the buttons, there no USB chargers for phones, no refrigerator, the bathroom in the lobby was out of order and the breakfast consisted of bagels in a bag, cereal, frozen sausage biscuits and boiled eggs.

Basic Room…very noisy…torn carpet …killed two roaches in the bathroom…breakfast was cold cereal -microwave biscuits but there were none ….desk person could answer no questions about the area since he said he has just moved to the location…went back to the desk for a blanket no one was there called no one answered…not a what I expected for hotel by Wyndham…glad we were only in town for one night !!

Cheapest night, so not expecting much, but clean and comfortable. I stayed in other Microtel hotels 5-6 years ago, and stopped because they were not on par. This was fine.

The room we stayed in looked like it needed a lot of work. There was aluminum foil in the bathroom area, covering a hole in the wall. There was aluminum foil over one of the buttons in the elevator as well. The shower floor was super squeaking and the water went down very slow. I wish I would’ve taken pictures but it wasn’t very inviting. The breakfast was terrible. It wasn’t a hot breakfast. There were microwavable pancakes and boiled eggs in individual packets, cereal, muffins, and bagels. We asked for extra towels and clothes on the first night and we were told they didn’t have any (around 11pm) and the second day were told they still didn’t have any clean towels.

They didn’t have the room I requested/booked…. I booked 30 mins before I arrived. Then I had to pay their up charge for new room which was more than on booking site

We were given a room for wheelchair visitors. People fighting and screaming. Have stayed there 3-4 times. Each time getting worse. Never ever again!! someone is travelling by car over several days, they just want a nice clean and quiet room. Stay away. Fro t desk very very rude.

Great price for a good night's sleep, good shower (great water pressure - like a massage) and an okay continental breakfast.

Got to the room after a long day and Had to sleep in our clothes due to dirty sheets! Ps The staff was super nice!

This hotel smelled like smoke. My son woke up choking at 2 am.

Great service and very quiet.
