Our room a/c kept going off. The walls pretty thin. The room next to ours had their tv up so loud. I slept horrible because of those things. There was only 1 working elevator that was so slow for only 4 floors. Sorry but won’t be staying there again.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke. Front desk came and sprayed some room deodorizing that helped for a few minutes. The smell was awful and gave me a headache. The smoke detector and ac wall unit were both heavily nicotine stained. Luckily it was just one night because I would have refused a second night.

I enjoyed my entire stay. I probably won’t check in online again because you have to check in again when you show up but other than that everything was great

When we checked in it smelled fine. We got back late that night after an event and the carpet felt wet and had a mold smell. We found an air purifier on the desk but that didn't help much. The bathroom floor was also dirty.

The hotel management doesn’t work on weekends. We were charged two nights of pet fee and we were asking a refund for 1 night because I put my dog to stay the second day at PetSmart . The front desk person said he couldn’t refund the money and would not issued a note to say my dog stayed one night. He just said nothing he could do and asked me call back during weekday. I called Monday and was told Manager would be available in afternoon around 4pm. The gentleman said to wait 3-7 business day. The pet fee and incident fee will be refunded back. It’s more than 5 business days and my credit card has shown no refund. Other hotel stays were quick to refund! It’s very frustrating to be in this situation!

Love this place my 2nd night stay this month they will take a cash deposit instead of tying up money for a week on my credit card waiting on it to be returned! Breakfast is good they have great biscuits with gravy. I will be a frequent guest at this establishment. I couldn’t give five stars because the ac compressor was noisy for about a min when it kicked in so had trouble falling asleep All in all im happy and will be back regularly

The room had a musty smell, carpet was moist, limited hot water.

I enjoyed my stay. But when i found out the jacuzzi is no longer around. It upset me.

The only issue was that the water pressure in the shower was very weak.

Try to find a place on road

A bit too far for someplace to grab a bite after dark for single woman traveling alone

Immediately a Musty Moldy Smell hit you in the face coming off the elevator! The minute you open the door to the room, that smell is 10 times worse. A dehumidifier was in the room with a staff note stating the high humidity problem. I emptied the water in that tank that was full of water it collected in this tiny room every day that I was there. Obviously, that amount of moisture in these rooms are absorbing in the carpet that can cause mold problems and causing that horrible smell! From other reviews, this has been a problem at this facility for years and they haven’t fixed it!! I’m very sensitive to mold and I woke up with a migraine headache every day. Some people are allergic to mold! This is a major health hazard at some point someone is going to be severely sick from this and this facility will be shut down until they fix this on going problem! They need to remove the carpets in every room ASAP!!!

Wasn’t easy getting to since the parking lots around it wasn’t in good shape.

Everything is good, except for the "online check in" option! I received text message asking me to check in online before arriving "to save time at the counter". I did everything. Yet, when I arrived, I still had to do everything again in person! And they are charging me more than the invoice amount! So annoying!

The air conditioner didn't cool well. The staff doesn't come in every day and we had alot of trash. Breakfast was mediocre.

Rooms were not so comfortable beds could use an upgrade. There was only one elevator working and no pool available due to maintenance which they did not state online when I made the reservation. They did not have wheelchair accessible rooms what I was told at the time of arrival.

The property was nice. The stuff was friendly. However, only one elevator was working So sometimes the wait was long. Also the pool was closed for the three days I was there.

The room was clean, but it smelled so strongly of cleaning chemicals, that it was hard to breathe when we first entered.
