Hotel is getting really run down. Our room was at the end of the hall on the first floor- which sounds good. The smokers kept existing the fire exit for a smoke. The fire door was so load - woke out of our sleep - every time.

Good place but not really a wheelchair bathroom. Sink too high. Toilet 2 inches too low. Hook on door too high. Shower really takes 2 to manage as it is in a bathtub. Husband was with so managed.

Our stay was okay. I had asked for 2 extra pillows, but was not able to get any. Also, the continental breakfast was not anything to brag about. The muffins were really dry.

service is great....the conditions in the bathroom need attention: the door needs either replacing or painting...for example: painting the white drywall filling in what may have been a hole in the door....plus the silicone around the corners in the bath tub that have yellow / rust spots need attention.

Enjoyed using the BBQ on site, and how quickly the maintenance staff got it fixed once I enquired. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the staff were very polite and helpful.
Only thing I noted was that the fridge temperature was too cold, and my canned drinks were partially frozen when I opened them the following day.

Swimming pool and water slide was great. Also one of the few hotels you can book this a debit visa . Pay the zoom in cash and the deposit on your debit card which is fantastic. More hotel need to cater to clients that prefer to use cash rather have everyone know what you do with your money and do you buy and where you stay?

A pleasant stay at a good property starting to show its age

This property is showing its age. The room we were in had dirty towels, the console to plug your cell phones in was broken, the breakfast was sub-par…free but things were cold and not restocked. The beds are ok…sunken in the center and probably could use new ones.

We had a great stay at Days Inn, it was very quick to check in online and the hotel is really clean. Everyone who works here is so helpful and friendly and the breakfast was well stocked and really good.

This was a very nice hotel. Close to the airport. Had a restaurant in the front of the building and a Tim Hortons close as well.
Staff were wonderful and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was very tasty.
Water is shower was not as hot as I'd like but forgivable. Shuttle service from airport to hotel was not clearly marked. Shuttle service from Hotel to airport was fine.

The property is good except the room we rebooked through Expedia was listed as sleeps 5. We were expecting to have a pullout bed for one of our adult children. I showed the front staff the booking info and they told me there was nothing they could do. When I asked why it was listed as sleeps 5 they just kept repeating there is only 2 beds. It’s very frustrating. I will not stay at Days Inn again. This is a first for us and we travel a fair bit as a family.

We have stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed our stay but this time wasnt as enjoyable.
Cons: Broken thermostat so our room was HOT all night, broken door lock, broken sink drain, filthy headboard.
We were offered and accepted a room upgrade to a suite with a sofa bed via text check in for an additional fee and were told we got it. We did not get it.
Pros: The pool and hot tub were lovely and well maintained, breakfast was hot and fresh and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Would I stay there again? Maybe? The location is convenient. Maybe we just got a dud room.

Lots of kids. So it was a tad noisy. But that’s ok. Front staff was super friendly. And excellent continental breakfast.
