Friendly environment

Very nice place in a great location, very clean. Staff super friendly and let us leave our bags there for the day whilst we were on activity.

Great value for money. Coudlnt expect more for this Price. Rooms were clean, service was great, kind and very welcoming. Provided a little sandwhich for us the morning we left earlier to go to the airport and did not have time to enjoy the breakfast.

Lovely cozy well located hotel. Walking distance from Food Street Market and Ben Thanh Market. Breakfast which was included in bookings was nice. We enjoyed our short stay.

While check in, Adora hotel staffs change my room to their another branch Adora Art Hotel. That’s new. But many things to fix. Location is outstanding. Have to improve the catering service like menu names in front of the food.

Anh Hung was a massive help with anything we needed, and made our stay much more enjoyable.

This is the third time I stay in this hotel.. convenience and nice hotel

Room was like an apartment bedroom. However, it was clean and very conveniently located.

Location is good and walkable to most places. There are 24h convenience stores around. Having no window is a blessing in disguise as it can be dusty/noisy outside from the traffic. Bed is a little hard, sound proofing of room can be improved, there are insects and ants in the room everyday.

We were upgraded upon arrival due to some hotels.com reservation issues but the original family room was rather small. The jacuzzi tap in the bathroom was not working and has seen the cleaning days. Good breakfast buffet.

The place of the stay is very good, its close to the main locations that we require. Would come back to it again

Didn’t like the breakfast facilities. The lift system was poor. Only one lift which meant you had to wait too long.

Nice and clean close to everything. Air con room nice staff. Definately would stay again.

I thought the staff at reception were disappointing in their lack of service. We received a hello and here is your key. No greetings when we walked past the desk during our stay. However, the porters were lovely and very helpful.

The room itself was small, but adequate. The most troubling feature was the bathroom. The "shower" consisted of a spa tub with an attached shower nozzle. So you had to sit on the tub edge and hold the shower wand over you. Water pressure was totally inadequate, and the water temp took a while to warm up.The breakfast facility was sub-par. The variety of food was limited, and the coffee was a horrid burnt substance. We had to get our coffee from a food vendor close by.The front staff was detached and uninterested.I would not recommend this place to anyone.

good location, breakfast is 7/10 not that great in variety, bell boys were slacking, but i guess thats just how vietnamese are.

Good location, close to market and many restaurants. Hotel room without windows. Tidy but old. Buffet breakfast with many different kinds of food. But not so clean

No welcoming check-in, made us wait in the middle of check-in to take care of some local guests. Gave us a room , number 666, without windows, on the ground floor aside from the reception desk and concierge, next to the maintenance room. Very loud until late in the night and again early in the morning. Slept 3 hours.

Conveniently located in the city centre, you can basically walk all the main things to see in HCMC. Room was clean and comfortable, with a nice rooftop with a hot tub, sauna, steam room and bar with a view.

Hotel with an excellent location within walking distance to major tourist attractions. Friendly and helpful staff tops it all.

Goood varied breakfast over 3 day stay. Close to good selection of food at night good court just a few steps away. Booked deluxe room with city view. Given a toon with two tiny windows that you cannot access and zero view. Don’t waste your money looking for a view from this hotel.

Excellent location, centrally located with an easy walk to big market and good street food. Great staff, clean, rooms a bit small but well equipped, comfortable bed, will be back next time in Saigon.

Adora hotel is 3min walk to Ben Thanh market and some 7min walk to Saigon centre. I particularly enjoyed Vietnamese food at the street food market which was just some 200m from the hotel. Buffet breakfast was ok. The downside was that there is no fitness center and no swimming pool but the central location of the hotel kind of made up for that.

Overall excellent, Easy to find Halal food only walking distance to many attractions. Will be back next to this hotel.

The hotel is in covinient place. The Staffs are kind and friendly. They supported our one day trip and arranged the car to the air port. The breakfast is delicious! That was really great experience. However, our room was a little bit hot. The air conditioner was weak. Anyway the hotel was wonderful.
