The carpet floor was somehow damp and sticky. Room was small

This was a clean little place to stay in an area there is not many options.

Older property, but well maintained. The front desk receptionist (Alicia?) greeted my antsy 8 yo son with a smile after he had been in the car for 9 hours. She gave him a pen and a notepad for doodling. What incredible kindness. The hotel was fine, but their hiring decision to have her greet guests... perfection.

Nice property, typical breakfast, fitness room good. Toilet clogged and we had to get the plunger and unclog it. Good toilets are not expensive. Just saying.

We were moving our daughter to Oklahoma. We just needed a comfortable place to sleep and we got it here. The lady at the front desk was efficient but not very friendly or welcoming. There had been a huge storm blow through that we were in and it was still raining when we pulled in. It was 11pm and we were exhausted. She just did her job and didn’t ask how we were or “welcome to our hotel” or anything. She was like a robot.
Room was great, quiet, nice bed, tv worked. Hot Breakfast was great. Sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, bagels, etc.

Room was nice and clean, but a bit dated. The hotel staff was not super helpful, and could not explain reasons for me initialing certain items I wasn’t using.

The first day we stayed the lobby and hallways were 84 degrees!!! Even the next morning it was still 84 degrees. I went to get breakfast and decided I was going to sit and eat when it was that warm and others complained about it too. Not sure what was going on with that. It was really hot that day but it still shouldn’t be like that when you have a pretty full night of people staying there.

It was really hot in the motel lobby hallways and breakfast area in the morning. It was 83 according to the thermostat on the wall. A lot of people were complaining about it.

Overall, satisfied with our stay. We were on the third floor and didn’t hear any disturbances with those next to us. So pretty quiet. Beds were nice - not too soft or too hard. Overall the place was really clean and kept up well for its age. They’ve done some updates but could be improved. The electric plug sparked when I plugged in my phone charger. So I didn’t plug in any electronics while we were there.

Bed was comfortable, clean bedding. Breakfast was ok. The air conditioning was noisy, ventilation was terrible which gave it a strange smell mixed with air freshener. The overall condition of the property is what I didn’t like. The interior needs updated badly. The shower had a stained floor looked like dirt or something, the caulking is peeled off. You each got 1 towel, no trash bags. The carpet was moist from poor ventilation so I wore my shoes because I didn’t want my feet on the floor it felt dirty.

It was a good stay the room stayed nice and cool my only complaint is the hide away double bed was a little hard on my back for sleeping mattress was to thin

This comment is not just for this hotel but more in general - when a person NEEDS accessibility, it is for the ENTIRE room so, although the bars in the restroom are important and the shower head within reach (which it MUST be left within reach) the height of the bed must also be accessible AND the location should be on first floor OR next to the elevator.

From the moment we pulled in until time we checked out, could ask for more. Tami, who checked us in, was so friendly, pleasant and thorough; she explained about parking (free), wifi, breakfast and even recommended nearby restaurants. Our room, standard king, was spacious, clean and comfy. The shower and toiletries were very nice. Breakfast was 2 thumbs up: scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fruit, juice and coffee. We ate at 7:30, and the food server (I think Amanda was her name?) was very pleasant and attentive to keeping the food freshly stocked. Definitely will stay again when traveling thru.
