relatively clean and pleasant staff

-not told about $30 fee for each dog when I called -pool room was cold and paint peeling along pool top of liner, unsafe flooring in pool area. broker tiles all over -breakfast included eggs that were not eggs ( not sure what they were) -generally run down hotel. -pictures must have been old because it didn’t look at all the same. -very dissatisfied with the cost and our stay.

The beds were so comfortable! The room was clean, and the location was great. It was easy to get from our car to our room without much walking.

As a family of 5, a hotel with an indoor pool was a priority. This pool was very disappointing to us, as the pool room was dirty and while in the pool, there was a strong sulfur smell coming from the pool. The tile floor in the pool room was also a fall hazard, and some areas of the tile were sharp. Continental breakfast was less than desirable. Not many options, and what was there was low quality.

Our heat and tv didn’t work. Could never find anyone to help. Wanted to talk to someone the next morning and still no one around.

Bed was so soft we both woke during the night with hip pain. Breakfast was questionable. Milk was from gallon jug. Not safe to me. Bananas were black. Sausage didn't appear to be cooked enough. Coffee was good. Not what I expected for the rating and price.

Location and ease of check in. The breakfast was good too.

Room were not cleaned every day. And no one came to dump garbage. Also hot water is only available during breakfast time.

My stay was quite quiet. I was pleasantly surprised to bot hear much activity outside my room.

The gap under the doorway is quite large. In fact a person could look thru it if they were of a mind.

When I booked the hotel it said breakfast was included but it was not when we arrived. When get to the check in desk no one was there to greet us. We has to called the hotel and get someone to come down to check us in.

There was NO BREAKFAST, the shower Rod was about to fall off. other things were also in disrepair. The front desk staff was not there, when he came he would not look us in the eye. He was not helpful, courteous or friendly. we will not stay here next time.

Room appeared clean and beds slept good.

Had to wait almost 10 minutes for a clerk to come to the front desk to check in. Refrigerator did not work properly (heard it run) would not cool at all. Had a sign that a food truck broke down and would not have breakfast. Saw the dust in the dining area on equipment so they have been saying that a long, long time (a way to save money?) But still advertise a hot breakfast?!! Would have stayed elsewhere.
