Room very dirty. Booked a non smoking room but the room i was must have been a smoking room at ome point. Cigarette residue covered everything in the room leaving everything covered in a brown slimy film. Room smelt terrible.

We decided to stay in Narita the night before our international flight. APA is literally a 3 minute walk from Narita Kensei train station. From there it is only 1 station/ 7 minute train ride to the airport. Small but comfortable rooms and very reasonably priced. Air conditioned and onsen available, but not between 1000-1500. We went down Omotesando St, which is a must see. Great for last minute gifts. Naritosan Shin ji temple district and gardens are at the end of Omotesando where you can easily spend a day wandering around. Good area if you’re a female solo traveller.

We enjoyed our stay, housekeeping was kind enough to leave a bag of towels and other amenities on our door side. The AC was especially great considering how hot it was outside. Will definitely be staying at APA again.

Typical Japanese hotel small rooms but very tidy lots of extras so leave hygiene products at home . Save weight on luggage. The staff are above and beyond respectful and friendly they take pride in their work and I’m grateful to have enjoyed their hospitality. Shuttle makes it easy from narita airport and the deep bathtub a god send after an 11 hr flight 15 hr day.. Lawson convenient store right around corner .. one thing that disappointed me tourists leaving there trash at small park cigarette butts all over ground.. totally disrespectful to Japanese culture shame !!!!

The toilet is dripping water the whole night and some corners are dusty. Overall, the location is very convenient. There’s Lawson (a 24-hour) convenient store beside the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at APA hotel and found the staff were very nice and helpful. Do not follow google maps to walk there from Keisei-Narita station. There is a very short path through the station and down some escalators. We followed google maps and walked outside and around the downhill bend with our luggages.

Everything was good more than I expected.

Good enough

I arrived at 2 pm and checked in at 220 PM although they could’ve had the courtesy to check me in but they charged 1000 yen for just 40 minutes early check in. Anyway.

What I like the most about this place was the location. So close to Narita's airport, and close to Narita's Keisei Sta.

Super helpful staff

I received a message from the front desk only two and a half hours after checkin started claiming that if I don’t message them with my approximate checkin time they will cancel my reservation. I also reserved a non-smoking room. The first room I was given horribly smelled of smoke. I had to go back to get a different room.

This property was excellent although the rooms are very small. Clean, central, and lots of food options.

I love to stay here I love the cleanliness and the smell. Lol

Breakfast and location

Two train stations within 5 minute walk. Escalator and elevator to assist those unable to walk up steps. The bed mattress very comfortable. Only comment on daily Buffet Breakfasts is that the only fruit available was sliced oranges.

I heard the train and the elevator sounds from my room constantly.

I only paid $50 for a night so I wasn’t expecting anything fancy. Room is very tiny. Can barely open my luggage case, and the desk is right near bed. I’m 5’6” and I almost reached to the top of the shower. I don’t mind those minor things, as long as the bed is comfortable and room is clean, but if you do, go find somewhere else.

For being a last minute choice this was a very unique experience. The hotel was lovely and the hot spring public bath was amazing. Everything I needed was conveniently located on the property. Breakfast, dinner even the television programs were simple and easy to use. I highly recommend this place if you had a few days in Japan. I am definitely going to come back here. Very cheap but also luxurious at the same time.

clean, quiet, comfortable

We were pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was. Right next to the station we got a great night's sleep. 4 of us required 2 rooms to be comfortable but it was rather inexpensive. $180 total for 2 rooms, each with 2 beds. The beds were soft, nice clean comfortable comforters. As others complained the check-in computers failed. But they quickly called us over to check us in manually. I have no complaints. I'd stay at APA again in a heartbeat. If we have a layover in Narita again I'd choose this location for sure. Easy access to the Aeon Mall (we took a taxi for under Y2000. And only 1 stop from the airport. Use google maps to show you how. From the station you can easily see the big APA building from the East exit.

Excellent attention from the staff, very helpful, hotel with a very good location to use the train.
