Breakfast buffet at this hotel is amazing! Such a huge selection. The hotel was conveniently located right by the station, making it easy to travel each day. Hotel was clean, super friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!

The breakfast buffet had so many choices, compared to all other hotels we stayed in Tokyo and Osaka. It was very convenient because its just 2 minutes walk from the JR station and its connected to the mall. Very comvenient!

A great hotel right next to train station. Staff friendly. Breakfast was excellent. We had a large family room.

The hotel is nice however unfortunately when I booked it, I didn’t notice that I booked a smoking room. I’m so used that it’s never really an option and you would actually need to spend extra time selecting a smocking room, so I didn’t expect it by default. When I talked to a front desk, a woman said they were completely booked so couldn’t move me to another room. Totally understand the situation however it was very unpleasantly surprised that instead of saying oh sorry you booked a smocking room and unfortunately I can’t move you to another room; she wasn’t nice at all, and especially wasn’t behaving in true pleasant Japanese manner. Everything else was nice. Breakfast was very generous with many options.

Hotel is right next to Kyoto station. Very convenient. Staff helpful at check in. Upon check out - front desk kept our luggage until later that evening.

It provides excellent amenities. The location was perfect, with a railway station to any location and airport shuttles right in front of the hotel, as well as great shopping and restaurants.

The hotel is OK, not more. Having the subway in front of the hotel really helps when you travel with kids. However the hotel needs to be renovated, not smart tv for example.

Don’t book this hotel. Great location, but there are better options in the area. I booked the first room available with 3 beds for 4 nights and I didn’t know it was a smoking room. It was hard to breathe in the room, it smelled awful and it was dirty. Found hair in the shower, stains on the carpet. They wouldn’t move me to a different room after asking multiple times. I even offered to downgrade to a smaller room but they weren’t helpful at all. I left the hotel after the first night and they didn’t refund me for the remaining nights or the additional payment for breakfast.

It was very convenient, amazing buffet breakfast. Amazing staff The location is by shopping center, convenient store, all kinds of public transportation even domestic buses, by all kinds of restaurants and food, big shopping center. For my next visit for sure I’ll come back to this hotel. Thank you for making a fabulous memory for me! 😍🤗💕💕
