I feel kind of burned because the room pictures are totally different than what I actually got for a room. Room is much smaller in person and does not have the living area.

Great spot for 1 night stay. Easy access off the highway and several places to grab food and drink. The room and property were clean and in good condition and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location does have some traffic noise but otherwise an excellent experience.

Very close to VA Medical Center. Well run hotel and well-trained staff. Good business center, breakfast, gym, and nice seating areas outside. Very nice rooms and outstanding layout as a suite. Very accommodating staff. Right next to Colfax so during rush hour, a bit noisy if your room is facing Colfax.

I stayed here for business last week for four days and had a wonderful time. All of the employees were very welcoming and friendly. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The continental breakfast was good each day with different options. My room was very spacious. I stayed on the first floor so it was a little noisy at times, but other than that, it was fine. I would definitely stay here again.

Came for the sparkler. If you’re in 16s and play at Aurora you’re close to all the fields. This hotel is nice. It’s just in a crappy area. Some suspicious people hang out around the hotel. It’s across from the hospital so yeah you’re gonna get some special people wandering around. It was a decent deal I got by booking way ahead. Overall it wasn’t too bad. Breakfast was ok. Your typical hotel breakfast. It’s not the embassy suites but it’ll do.

Nice hotel, close to hospitals. The beds were kinda stiff and the breakfast had terrible powdered eggs. Otherwise, it was clean and the staff was friendly.

The room we stayed in had mold in the bathroom and the shower wasn't clean. The hooks were falling off the wall. The pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, if, not months. The employees were friendly.

This hotel obviously is price gouging families with loved ones in the hospital due to its proximity to The Children’s Hospital and Anschutz Medical Campus. Staff was friendly. Room was clean on the surface until you really started looking (crumbs everywhere, especially where bed met floor). The biggest problem was the entire hotel smelled like sewage. For the entire 2 days we were there. They offer a continental breakfast but the stench made it unappetizing. And for whatever reason, there was no housekeeping. We left at 7 am for my son’s surgery and returned to sleep at 10 pm and no one had cleaned our room or even just replaced the towels, which is what we really needed.

Stay was nice for one night. Staff was wonderful and friendly. Had trouble with logging on to internet. Then downloaded movies w/ I-net for airplane ride home but didn’t work on cell phone or computer. Area around loos to becoming more upscale and nice.- lot of homeless in the area.

For over 200 a night it was not worth it. The room was not clean well. Mirrors has marks on them. The breakfast was very limited for someonewith egg allergy. There's no blowdryers or lotions. You can hear everything in the halls and next rooms. I am very disappointed. There was a big gab in the door so i did not feel safe having my baby with me. I definitely do not recommend staying here

I’d give this property a 7/10. Although it was clean, the pool was very small, the breakfast was terrible for all 4 of my days there, and it was noisy even though I was on the top floor.
I liked the price and that it was close to the graduation ceremonies across the street. Unfortunately, all quality things associated with most “Marriott Hotels” were not found here.

The location was excellent, with a short walk to Anschluss Medical Center, restaurants and a food market. Even though I had checked out, I was allowed to leave my car in their parking lot while I went to my appointment. I was disappointed in the lack of amenities. For the price and as a suite, there was shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, but no lotion, no sign that you could call down to get other toiletry products you may have forgotten. There was no water offered, not that I want plastic bottles, but it is a courtesy in most hotels I've stayed at. I was surprised there weren't real cups for the coffee, only take-out cups with plastic lids.

This hotel was clean but I had two major issues that would prevent me staying again or recommending to others.
On the second floor the traffic even at 6am was so loud it woke me up. Cars go fast and the road is right there. They were nice about moving me to the other side and the parking lot side is quieter. They said they “get a lot less complaints about the noise” on the parking lot side.
The second issue was that the hot water went out during my shower and so I had to finish washing in cold water! The front desk folks just said “oh no I’ll let management know.”
Otherwise the breakfast buffet was decent but light fare. Things were clean and felt cared for.

Hot water took a long time to come on, otherwise it was fine. The hotel staff is always friendly and the room and hotel are very clean. Breakfast was great. The frustrating thing about this hotel is that it is across from three medical facilities (VA, University Hospital and Children’s Hospital) and needs to be majorly improved for better accessibility for folks coming in for and recovery from surgeries. It should at least have the entire bottom floor dedicated to having wheelchair accessibility with roll in showers and definitely more accessible parking specifically for wheelchair vans with ramp spaces. The three rooms with roll-in showers are never available when we come with our disabled family member. And none of them are on the first floor. What would someone do in case of a fire? Things to think about and evaluate. When you remodel this hotel in the future, do better. Talk to occupational therapists and specialists and families that stay there and need this valued hotel.
