kids running up and down the hallways at 9pm at night on a sunday banging on all the doors including mine and then running away. showers are not warm enough, cold cold cold.

So clean, I’ve stayed elsewhere in the area and won’t ever make that mistake again. So clean, lovely rooms and impeccable staff!

The shuttle to the airport was great, since we had to leave at 4:00 AM. The staff was excellent

The shuttle from the airport ended at midnight, and we arrived after midnight. it was difficult finding an Uber at this time of night, and once we did, it was costly. Lighting in the room could be better, plus adding towel racks.

Room and shuttle bus to the airport were good.

We arrived after midnight; the hotel shuttle bus had stopped running and we were charged $50 for a taxi from the airport to the hotel.

shower drain did not drain, filled with water. I chose this hotel based on them having a shuttle to the airport, they did not have one early enough to accommodate my flight, which was very disappointed.

It was clean. Great breakfast-lots of variety. Shuttle was very convenient.

The staff was not helpful at all. The shuttle service was too late to make my flight and I received no help, advice or insight on how to solve my issue. Very unhelpful staff. If you have an early flight, do not stay here

Breakfast was good. Good location with little traffic.

Wish it had a hot tub. Wish it had a couch.

Clean, very comfortable bed with good line. Breakfast to usual standard but staff worked constantly to keep food stations spotless.

The room and facilities were very clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. I really liked that the mini fridge had a lot of room. The breakfast was also pretty good. They had self serve eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, fruit, juice, coffee, cereal, breads and pastries.

Can’t think of anything

Very friendly staff, clean, comfortable and close to the airport. Do watch out for being ripped off by airport taxi, expect to pay around $25 not the $50 we were charged

The breakfast was at the lower end of expectations for breakfast included hotels and was started to be cleared away even before the allotted time
