The location of the apartment is excellent - about a 3 minute walk to the Old Town Square with the Clock Tower. The host was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well appointed. A great place to stay for a first time in Prague.

The location could not be better and the owner is very knowledgeable, helpful and interesting. He is a professional muscian and got me into one of his concerts which was fantastic! Apartment was on the small side but overall a very good value and literally 50 yards from old town square. Price was great too.

The property is very close to the old square in Prague. So location is excellent. I would not stay again. The property would best be thought of as a AirBnB property and not a hotel on Hotels.com or Expedia. The repeated requests to be paid in cash and the complete absence of any documentation (including a receipt) did not sit well with me. There was no air-conditioning and nor was there any servicing of the room at all over the stay period. If location is important then consider this property but do not expect a hotel with a reception desk or the amenities of a regular hotel.

It is amazing to stay in here. Room is clean and tidy. The owner (Martin) is really helpful. He suggested a lot for us in this trip.

Our host was very hospitable and helpful. We even got to see him play violin at a concert in the square. Close to the tourist office and main square. Location is ideal and the apartment is very comfortable and clean. Would definitely go back!

We loved our stay here so close to everything in Prague, the only thing we would maybe say is needs aircon but other that that it was great :)

Location, location, location! First, to reiterate other reviewers, yes the single room is small, but with the toilet and shower separate, those areas aren't too cramped. Also, don't expect normal hotel amenities i.e. daily cleaning & towel change, toiletries, etc. Other than that, this is a wonderful place to stay! You cannot beat its location around the corner from the Old Square -- it is also really easy to get to from the subway station. In addition to the Old Square, there are several restaurants and bars nearby for eating options (including a bakery next store that's perfect for breakfast). I will say it was a little noisy since I slept with the window open, but nothing unbearable. I had no problem coordinating my arrival with Martin -- he wasn't available but his friend was waiting for me. And Martin invited me to his concert on my last night there so that was an added perk. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Prague!

The apartment has an amazing location right in the city center. Yet, as it faces the courtyard of the building, it is beautifully quiet. Martin, the owner, is very nice and helpful. The studio has everything you need. Not luxury, but very functional.

The location is fantastic, right around the corner from the Old Town Square yet the room is quiet, clean, with all the amenities including a little kitchen, hard floors, tall ceiling - old world charm at its best. The owner is extremely friendly, speaks flawless English and is a professional violinist! Highly recommended

The location of the apartment building couldn't be more perfect. It's just around the corner from the old town square, and a short walk from the metro. There are two studio apartments available here — a small single and a larger one with double bed and balcony. I booked the smaller one but wound up in the larger one, which was very comfortable and perfectly clean, with lots of light and a pleasant, flowery balcony overlooking an inner courtyard. Despite being right around the corner from the square, the apartment was absolutely silent at night (thanks in part to double-paned windows), so my sleep was undisturbed. It was great to have the kitchenette to make breakfast and tea to enjoy on the balcony. The owner is friendly and agreeable. There is no reception in the building, so one needs to collect the keys from the owner in order to access the building. This is not an issue unless he is out of town, in which case you may need to pick up the keys at a nearby location (as I did), so if this is a potential concern for you then you may wish to contact the owner before booking to inquire as to whether he'll be around when you arrive. Again, the location can't be beat, so if you're looking for a clean and comfortable studio in a great location and you don't need the services one finds in a hotel (e.g. room service, on-site restaurant, travel desk, concierge, etc.), then Apartments Dusní is a great choice.

The apartment was in a comically great location, just around the corner from town square but isolated from the noise. Everything was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The proprietor is also an excellent violist so I'd recommend catching one of his performances during your stay.
