Beautiful property with amazing staff!

Very nice ocean view from room. The breakfast is amazing.

The view and location of this property was impeccable, wonderful location, and quality amenities. Where the property fell down, compared to others in. Turkey was in the capabilities of the front and staff and the housekeeping staff. we encountered significant communication difficulties at the front office and the front office was closed during off hours. For example, requested an exchange of our coffee pot 3 to 4 times with the front office. Staff and housekeeping wasn’t made aware the pot didn’t get fixed. Also general room amenities were not replenished. There was one consistent woman at breakfast and during meal time and she was beyond pleasant and happy. If the management invested some time in improving quality of care, this would be a five star hotel.

Rooms have balconies with lovely sea views, around the corner from the port so you don’t look out on the cruise ships, and the pool was clean and large. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, contacting me after I left to say they had found my book and offering to send to me.

Stayed here for 3 nights, was amazing, the views are amazing, the room was spacious and very clean, room service made sure our room was always in Top Order. The food was also very good, the restaurant serves amazing breakfast and dinner. Loved it, and whenever in future we are in this region, will stay here.

The rooms and the grounds were really nice. The view, particularly at the sunset, is amazing. The infinity pool enhances the view. Very caring staff. I was concerned about limited parking, but the staff helped us get a space. The music from an outdoor concert space can be loud, but the sound proofing is good and helps a lot. But if you want quiet, you may want to look in a different area all together since all properties in that area are affected by those concerts. Overall, we loved staying in this hotel and would love to come back another time.

Nice hotel in a quiet spot. Walking to town is easy downhill, not so easy uphill.

No other hotel in the area stands close to the professionalism, beauty, and cleanliness of the La Vista Botique Hotel. There is truly nothing negative to say about La Vista Botique Hotel, it is a beautiful establishment, with amazingly delicious and authentic Turkish cuisine, the most accommodating staff, and stunning views. I felt like a queen during my entire stay. Staff is courteous, respectful, efficient, and a pleasure to speak with. I am so grateful for all the luggage handlers, wait staff, reception, and housekeeping, for making my stay an absolute pleasure. The incredibly lovely and accommodating staff will go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable and happy. They made our time in Turkey magical. They offered us outstanding suggestions on where to visit and navigate the surrounding area. In addition to the friendly staff, the entire establishment is a dream, with an amazing view of the castle, port and sea. Local attractions and nightlife are just a short drive or walk away. I will absolutely be back to Turkey and I will stay no where else but the La Vista Botique Hotel

We loved our stay at LaVista. We had a spacious room, very clean and comfortable. We had a great view of the pool and ocean which was stunning at sunset. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Walking distance to restaurants. Breakfast was great. Great value for money, we would definitely stay again!

Hotel is lovely. Beautiful pool, gardens, views and room. Had a very relaxing stay in a large, quiet room. The hotel is very clean and the staff is pleasant. Great location, easy to walk to town and the castle.

Beautiful pool, lovely breakfast, comfortable and clean room. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the nightclub next door that had LOUD music until 2:30 am. It was a holiday (May 19) so maybe that was why but sleeping was impossible.

Great pool and views of the ocean from the pool. Lots of sun beds for use around the pool. Breakfast range was okay. Lunch and dinner menu at restaurant was the same. Hotel is on the top of a hill - downhill walk to the town centre (15 mins). Can get a cab from town centre back to hotel for 30 lira. Room was extremely basic for what you are paying. Poor lighting in room - only lamps, no lighting from the roof. Towels were rough and need replacement. Hotel is directly next to another hotel with a bar that plays extremely loud music until very late into the night after midnight. Very difficult to sleep without earplugs due to noise. Wi-Fi in room was average - it dropped out completely for one evening and didn’t work.

This hotel deserves a 5 stars and more. In full honestly, one of the most amazing stays my partner and I had. The place is idyllic, even better than what one sees in the pictures. Kusadasi is the loveliest town in the area. The hotel itself is just wonderful, incredible sunsets, great food, and impeccable service - friendliest team you’ll come across. Highly recommended

We came for 2 nights but I had to stay 5 more nights as I had Covid, the staff was so good, I felt like a king, breakfast in the room, dinner in the room (rather on the balcony) overlooking the sea. They always enquired how I was, whenever I asked for something tea, coffee, or medicine, it was done straight away. Thank you very much. We will come back.

Excellent boutique hotel with very friendly people. The owner is running the hotel with its many loyal employees. Stunning location and property. One of the best in Kusadasi, as told by many locals we met. Close to food places. We recommend this hotel heartily. The restaurant makes excellent drinks. Hand crafted cocktails with fresh juices and ingredients. The beds were super comfortably. The team made our stay memorable. Sitting in the porch watching the sunset is amazing.

I stayed La Viesta hotel 3 nights. I was satisfied with all. Nice view, beautiful pool, clean room, good food and service. You can walk to city center in 10 minures. You will not be bothered with city noise. It's valuable to stay.

Beaitiful pool and view. No massage for 2. A/C in oir room was not very funtional. The room was so hot. Clean and relaxing. Walk to town not bad with a great view over ocean.

Amazing hotel with great view

Elegant boutique hotel with nice views of the sea. They do no supply drinkingvwater free to the rooms so you have to buy it from the restaurant. All plastic bottles instead of putting recyclable glass carafes in rooms. No access to the sea from across the road. You have to walk a long way around to get to a beach. No parking. And the hotel is in front of a beach club. Two nights out of three was loud music until 1 or 2 am so we couldnt sleep. The glass windows and doors are not sound proof. Restaurant was ok. Nice staff.

Excellent little hotel very friendly and helpful loved it especially the pool and the sunset is fantastic.The staff are spot on we will be deffinatly going back at some point highly recommend. 5⭐

LaVista is a great hotel...the views overlooking the Mediterranean are stunning, excellent breakfast (the meals overall were top notch), very accommodating staff. Spacious clean room with comfortable bed. Great location, close to the central harbor district. Really no complaints. Would gladly return here again.
