The main bed in Room 3,should have been replaced 30 to 40 years ago. The springs have all collapsed causing a massive sag.
Needs a good reno.
The windows also need a good clean

Decent size room, good beds, shower was average and dark, had issues with power points not working, tv remote not working, ac not working due to power point

This is value for money, but getting a little run down, but guess the price reflects that. Laundry was not available in the the time we were there. Would recommend for a budget short stay, but perhaps our 9 nights was a little long. However staff were helpful and friendly. Bus stops handy and seemed to be plenty of parking

It was okay, did its job for what it was. Paying what I did and expecting to wash dishes and take out our own rubbish upon check out was questionable. Wouldn’t stay more than one night though.

The Camden Motor Inn was perfect for my trip to Mermaid Waters. There is a Woolies metro, coffee, convenient store, Thai, pizza and bakery right a cross the road. The beach is two minutes away on foot and parking is right underneath.
Even on the main road it was still quiet at night.
Will definitely be returning for my next trip!

A mother was screaming and shouting at her very young child to go to sleep, well after 10:30pm, several times. Roadworks were right in front of the entry point to the building/parking area. Loud cars roaring up & down the streets in front of the building all hours of the night. Very dissatisfied.

Dangerously slippery shower floor.
No exhaust fan in bathroom.
'Apartment' smelled of fresh paint.
Lounge window has sign "Please do not open window".

Everything went smoothly, except for the excavator at 3am outside our window. Not the fault of the hotel, but not pleasant at all.
Some of the bathroom floor tiles were loose creating a hazard. When told the staff felt embarrased so hopefully they fixed it before the next guest comes in.
Nice and close to the beach and shops and reasonable facilities.
Otherwise, good value for the price.

The floors were dirty hence we had to wear our shoes in the unit. The valance on the bed was disgusting black marks all over it. No sink in the room. Had to wash dishes in the bathroom hand basin. The floor in the bathroom was wet from a leaking waste pipe. We had to collect clean towels on day 2. Overall very disappointed with the room, untidy, dirty floors and receptionist not willing to assist with our queries. Eg checking ckeanliness of unit before checking in.

The unit was adequate for our stay. The only complaint was the carpet was very stained and didn’t feel clean, although it may not have been unclean, it was hard to tell.

The property was sufficient for our needs. It wasn’t overly dirty but just run down, old and in need of renovation especially the bathroom. Shower curtains in hotels don’t ever feel hygienic and the whole room could do with an upgrade. Inconveniently placed light switches. It was a noisy area but conveniently located opposite restaurants and cafes.

Managements refusal to cancel 2nd booking made due to app glitch....relating to having to pay twice as mucch for room....not good
Especially when we arrived No Vacancy sign was on and all rooms were used.
Overall....if you want return customers
...look after them and dont rip them off

During my stay I couldn't sleep as the workers were working outside my window all night. There was also water stoppage one night. I wasn't happy at all.

After checking in to room 1, I realised the room backed onto their laundry, and you heard the constant rumbling of the dryer through the wall .. NOT GOOD .. I then asked to change the room, which was alright, in the next room the floor was unswept let alone washed after the previous guests .. won't stay there again ..
