Travelling though Melbourne and found this accommodation convenient for us on this occasion. The room was a little aged and some painting required but overall the room was clean and comfortable.

T00 noisy, no wifi.

Property is Ok Outside is messy and lack maintenance on gardens and cleaning Inside the carpets are heavily Stained and sticky Tv Was useless as it had a big screen dint in it and was burry Signs everywhere telling how hard business is and save power etc - which to be honest I pay to stay I couldn’t care less to save a the motel a dollar -

When leaving there was no lighting on the stairs very dangerous as it was dark and needs some security lighting

Sheets were clean, towels were clean, shower was good, tea and coffee provided. Older motel, requires an update, but that is reflected in the price. Suited my needs for the night.

Great communication. Clean room. A little traffic noise but we expected that and it didn’t stop a great night’s sleep.

It was explained to us that the people in the room before us had smoked and the proprietor could not offer us another room. The cleaners tried to cover the smoke smell with some sort of very strong offensive cleaner. My husband ended up feeling very sick. We tried leaving the bathroom fan on, only it was too loud and couldnt sleep. The same for the airconditioner. My husband opened the door and window, only the traffic noise was too loud. In all we didnt get any sleep. We had to be up early the next day to attend my graduation at Monash. Overall, it was very dissappointing.

Was clean and comfortable. Went over for a hospital visit and was very convenient for this.

Grumpy old customer service/owner, he blatantly got angry for no reason. He said that many tenants complained for me having too many visitors, while I had only one visitor at that time. Two of my friends were waiting outside at their cars on the parking lot but he also picked on them. There should be policy explained to us upfront that no visitor allowed. Not recommended at all for family with kids.

Very basic but handy location for my needs. Very noisy traffic due to location. Was a bit disappointed they wanted me out by 8am for a truck driver to go in and knocked on my door prior to 8 am to make sure I was leaving then!

Carpets needs a good steam clean. Booked a room for $240 for 2 nights that had 2 beds, got a call from a gentleman who asked if he should move me into a room with one bed since I had booked as one person. I reluctantly agreed.The one bed room was going for $210 on the internet at the time of booking.I questioned the gentleman if I was going to get a refund of $60 and he said to speak to whomever I had booked with as he didn’t deal with me originally so I feel as if I was duped into taking the room that I hadn’t originally booked.

Small hotel , and Convenient as it’s Near to Monash Clayton university. Clean and room is big . However, the staff does questions guests and tells guests to book direct with them.

Location was ideal for my purpose and as such was happy to stay there. Commuter traffic noise from main road excessive and annoying. Staff friendly but not very helpful in assisting to solve problems like supplying extra amenities like coffee and tea.

I like to stay here when in Melbourne. It is well run and comfortable with ample safe parking. It is about a kilometre from Clayton railway station, cafes and churches.

It was located near where I wanted to be and was more than adequate in what it provided.

The motel was very handy for attending medical appointments at Monash Hospital. I had thought breakfast was included but this was a mistake. Traffic noise was minimal and they reserved a ground floor room as requested.

I chose the motel because I needed to be in the Clayton area for the weekend. The room was well presented and equipped and the receptionist was happy to check me in a little early. There was plenty of safe parking available and lots of small eateries in Clayton Road. I would readily stay there again, as it met my expectations.

Nice stay good surrounds bus at door taxis are quick . Manager was helpful .
