I was called to confirm my reservation, since I was not there around 9 pm.
The lady at Checkin was very friendly, but couldn’t change the invoice, since it was her 2. day. She took all information and the invoice was already ready, when I wanted to check out 👍
The room was nice but the sideboard was half broken(still functional) but the crack was pretty visible.
Unfortunately I was to late to use the jacuzzi on the roof.
I’ll probably come back.

The hotel is very stylish and modern and the staff are extremely nice. Very clean. The room was very spacious. Breakfast was the best we ever had.
The location is perfect. It was a great pleasure to stay in this hotel and I definitely recommend it to everyone who wants to explore and relax in Bucharest

Cozy, comfortable, modern hotel in a nice neighborhood location. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast and excellent Italian restaurant. Wonderful bed and shower. Quibbles: 1) the room was dark and needed either a ceiling light or more lamps; 2) the room could have used an easy chair in addition to the desk chair; 3) there was no Kleenex box. But these are quibbles: I stay here whenever I come to Bucharest.

We had a great 4 nights in this hotel. Staff were excellent, hotel was hreat amd room was very clean and comfortable. It was within 15 minute walk to university square. Sotuated in a bit of a run down part of town but dont let that put you off. Felt very safe walking to an from centre even at night. Wonderful hotel and would definitely recommend it.

The location is ok but it is located in a tired part of the city. Its a good 15 to 20 minutes walk to the old town and you need to watch where you step - dog poo in abundance. Cars also park on the footpaths which gives no choice but to walk on the road. Keeping your wits about you when walking into the centre is a necessity. There isnt a wide choice of café/restaurants in the area near the hotel but the hotel restaurant was busy every night although we didnt eat their. No in room complimentary tea or coffee making facilities. Comfy bed and the hotel was quiet. There is plenty of hot water. Breakfast - their was choice and freshly prepared eggs of your choosing.

Best hotel I've stayed in in Bucharest. Keep coming back to this place, although I have stayed at 10 other hotels as well. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, staff is always friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is arranged perfectly. Couldn't wish for more.

This is a great hotel and very nice and have a very nice modern look and feel. The rooms were chick and modern and had very comfortable beds. The top floor with the Jacuzzi is very nice and had a very calm and relax atmosphere. Breakfast was pretty average.

Good location. The staff very friendly and very helpful. Good size room, excellent bed and bedding. All together very clean room with a very modern feel & look. Shower was the thing we liked the most.It was a bit noisy so do not forget to close the window at night! Also would of loved a real restaurant open late. Loved it and will come back...

We went to learn more about the history of the country.we were surprised at the variety and quality of the food.

I stayed two nights there but in all honesty it is too expensive for what it is. The hotel is elegant looking inside but it was difficult to find on the map..You cant even tell it is a hotel from outside. I was promised a card with a location map by the reception staff, but was never given it. The main shower wasnt working, the fixed shower mat was old and dilapidated and there was green at the end of it. The bedside lamps werent working but there was adequate light in the room.

My friend and I were upgraded to a Superior suite. The room was lovely and had a brilliant balcony, unfortunately the shower in this room was 100% visible to the bedroom and there was no way to cover up the floor to celing window.
The food and service in the resturant was terrible. Our table of 8 were the only people in at the time yet it took forever to be served and when the food came out it was incorrect eg the vegetable and feta starter came out without the feta, the mushroom in bacon and cheese sauce starters came out without bacon. The mains did not fare much better.

We liked the hotel and the staff! Both were a plus. The location was decent, not great. As we were staying for 5 nights, it did not matter as much that the hotel was not as centrally located. If we visit Bucharest again for just 2-3 nights, we'd pick a hotel that closer to location attractions.

The hotel is nice and located within easy walking distance to the center of town. The room was nice and big with big windows and a balcony. The bed was very comfortable. One of the issues we had was in regards to no AC available in room until April 1st. We stayed at the hotel in March and the temperatures were mid to high 70's, the rooms were stifling. We were able to open the windows which helped, but then had to deal with lots of noise from the street. The Second issue was at checkout when it came time to pay. The hotel would not take Amex or any of our other US credit cards without a pin. Being a 4 star hotel in a large city we did not expect to encounter this.

Stylish hotel in a great location. Wonderful breakfast everyday, and an amazing hotel room. The room was large, had a great memory foam bed, and flat screen television. Bathroom had the latest features. We would definitely stay there again.
