Pretty comfortable but would like a regulat comfortable chair.

This hotel is not brand new, but it is generally in good shape. A few things could have been better: the top of the closet door was out of the track, the side chair looked new but was very uncomfortable, the elevator doors closed too soon, making it difficult to get a luggage cart in quick enough. These things are pretty minor. On the plus side, the staff was great, the room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and it is conveniently located off US 45.

While clean it could use an update. The rooms are a bit dated. The staff, in particular Ms. Jennifer, were friendly, accommodating and polite. The breakfast was good and check out quick and easy.

Check in was very poor, they assigned a room that it was already settled to a different guest, the door was open and the front desk lady tried to encourage me to go in the room since the door was opened. Then she assigned another room and the room did not meet my requirements, payment and conditions

The inside pool was freezing (in the middle of summer) so I guess if you as training does the polar bear plunge it’s great. The front desk lady was pleasant enough, but certainly never going out of her way to ensure a good stay.

Noisy people in the room above us stoping late into the night. Strange mildew smell in room

We booked through Expedia and the room was supposed to be paid in full when we arrived, but something happened with my card and it wasn’t. Instead of her explaining this to me quietly, she was trying to argue with me loudly and the lobby was packed with the parents and ball players from my son’s team. Highly inappropriate!! I wanted to argue back with her but had embarrassed me so badly! She could have been way more professional.

As soon as you walk in the lobby, it smelled so good. Such an odd thing to mention but smells matter and everything looked clean. The breakfast offered was amazing as well.

The ladies at the reception area were friendly and helpful. The lady who prepared the breakfast was lovely as well. One of the housekeeping ladies that we met was friendly and gracious. The reason for a 4 star review is because the room itself is a bit dated and the chair was quite stained. Otherwise. Things were great.

Hotel was very nice staff very friendly. My only complaint they had the reservation messed up and i was given two different rooms before it was straightened out. The staff was very apologetic for the confusion.

Had a wonderful stay! Staff was excellent and the beds are so comfortable!

We needed to stay overnight on a trip heading home, and we are glad we chose this hotel. The staff was very polite the room was very clean along with the rest of the hotel and the complimentary breakfast before we headed back on the road was perfect. Thank you for having us.

I travel to Tupelo about every two months or so to see my grandson. This past weekend I was staying here for the first time and Saturday night got a severe nosebleed. While I was waiting for my grandsons dad to get there we were sitting outside and the desk clerks (I did not get their names) sat outside with us and kept my grandson busy. Thank you !! I will definitely being staying again!!

Room comfortable enough, staff friendly, breakfast had plenty of choice but— WiFi didn’t work, shower drain was SLOW, no promisesd newspapers and no hot water for tea at breakfast? Told st about WiFi but they weren’t able to resolve the issue

Clean with friendly staff. Great breakfast options!! Pot of oatmeal with several topping options and seasoned, roasted potatoes were available the day we were there. Nice area with shopping nearby.

Front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The location is not great, but it’s ok. The breakfast and coffee were typical for a hotel. I would recommend this place to friends. At this price, it’s an excellent choice.
