All staff were helpful friendly and big shout to bar staff for making birthday special

Very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Only complaint is taking payment on the card associated with the booking without asking at the desk. It was not card that I had intended to use.

Second time staying at Club del Carmen. Staff are excellent and the facilities are great. Not overcrowded and just a nice comfortable relaxed atmosphere. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa as we travelled with our Son and his partner and their 2 year old. Fantastic villa with everything in you could possibly need. Bailey’s bar was again excellent when we used it and treat our Grandson fantastically well and even had him up singing. Bing thank you to all the staff in the hotel and Bailey’s, looking forward to our next visit.

Amazing 2nd stay already rebooking. great accomodation spotlessly clean and quality furniture and kitchen everything you need also clean water tap to fill fridge staff polite and courteous across site pools lovely have always ate out at favourite restaurants but the pool bar was outstanding food and staff lovely any requests were fulfilled and great with children and elderly parents couldn't do enough for them also very safe and secure. reception staff available 24hrs and happy to help with any queries thank you and see you soon!

Fabulous appartments......so clean and comfortable. Only issue is having to book the sun loungers! Food in restaurant is first class

Lovely hotel.. close to the beach.. heated pool. Only thing I would say is the booking system for the sunbeds is far from great but overall had a really lovely stay

We had a great time at club del carmen, all staff were really helpful and nice. Simona in reception was really helpful and the lads in Baileys bar Bob Iliam and Paddy were excellent and couldn't do enough for you. The place was spotlessly clean and to a very high standard. It is in a nice quiet area of PDC with the beach on your doorstep. Top class place and will definitely be back.

Nice hotel - definitely worth the money

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. Everything was so clean and well organised. My apartment was so spacious. The bed very comfortable, the air conditioning worked beautifully. There is a restaurant within the club where l enjoyed delicious food and drinks during my stay. Also there is a convenient local bus stop just opposite the hotel. Thank you to the amazing staff that worked tirelessly and made me feel welcomed. Gracias!

Great resort with friendly staff.

Just returned from a 3 nights stay at Club Del Carmen. Fantastic welcome from Ana, lovely clean apartment with everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. Lovely sea view balcony and brilliant What’s App concierge service from Ana and Sheila who answered any questions. Lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds and whilst there is a morning or afternoon booking system in place, we found beds available at any time. The bar area is lovely and well run, all the staff are super friendly. Situated in a quieter area of Peurto Del Carmen with some great bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Just an overall cracking little place and will definitely return in the future.

Has everything needed for a lovely relaxing holiday

We had a fantastic short stay in a two bed apartment. Staff are all great. This is the best accommodation we have stayed at so far in that resort. The food is also great, compliments to the chef. Thanks for a great stay.

Excellent clean hotel with friendly staff and outstanding value for money

It was fabulous from the moment we entered the gate- in fact our entire holiday was amazing because of this wonderful resort- excellent staff in reception & restaurant/bar-all extremely friendly & helpful.

Pleasant stay at an exellent resort. We keep returning despite very uncomfortable beds. The facilities make up for this. Maybe the new ownership- Hilton- will address this issue.

Ana at check-in was superb, great service. 2 bed accom was lovely and pool area, cafe-bar all great too. Fantastic location

Stayed for 9 nights and simply is the best apartment based trip we have done. We had contact from the staff before, during and after stay to make sure everything was good. Apartment had everything and was very clean, pool area was very good and the "sunbed booking process worked like a dream, no early morning towel drop syndrome stresses. Location is perfect for us allowing easy walk to main strip or beach. The food and service at the 2 linked restaurants was also very good. In summary, can't fault it and it will be our go back to place.

This was our third holiday here and every time has been excellent. The staff are all excellent and friendly and could not be more helpful, the place itself is a joy to be in, everything accessible easily enough (I am disabled), the apartment was brilliant

Lovely hotel and pools about a 4 minute stroll to some bars and about 10 minutes to the large strip of bars/restaurants etc… lovely Indian restaurant called Bollywood, vert tasty food. Room modern and air conditioning cold. Only negative was some of the pool bar staff who focused on flirting with girls rather than serving.
