Quiet hotel with great service

Very convenient for those with medical appointments at St. Luke's Global City. And the Bonifacio High Street shopping district is an easy walk. The staff were all very accommodating.

Friendly staff . Walkable to most establishments. Good location .

Water pressure to the toilet bowl was weak and caused continuous clogging or very slow flushing.

Staff try hard to clean but due to aging facility its not to standards, Phone didnt work, TV didnt work, Air Con noisy.

Couldn’t sleep well because the room smells so moldy.

Only issue is how they tuck in the comforters daily. When you get under it, you need to tug it out of the mattress to cover your chest & shoulders. Housekeeping should be informed.

The services was wonderful, the only issue we had was the smell from drain in the bathroom. Your house keeper was wonderful and did the best he can to make the smell a little more pleasant. The staff at your restaurant was great, Nep and gang was absolutely wonderful and took care of all our needs.

Perfect location! Close to St Lukes,S&R, banks and other shops.

F1 Hotel BGC is an amazing accommodation. I can’t get over how incredible the staff are. Jeffrey and his crew made it feel like home! The facilities were great and the pool deck and outdoor patio was lovely, especially in the evening. Great location for all things BGC. We’ll be back.

enjoyed our stay here. staff was immaculate. great location. breakfast buffet in the morning was convenient. the only slight knock i would say is the elevators are really slow.i would stay there again.

The upper floors seem to be the best. The first night I stayed on the 27th floor and really liked the room. Today our first room was on the 11th floor the second room was on the 10th floor. Both rooms smelled like raw sewage. Our third room for the day in on the 18th floor. This room smells a lot better.

Everything else is the best from staff to customer services. The room needs update and maintenance.

I like the fact that it is very close to St Luke’s Medical Center.

Recommended this hotel it’s clean and a lot of food establishments is walking distance, grocery store is just in front of the hotel. St Lukes medical Center is across. I’d loved to stay here!

I really enjoyed my 2-night stay. The staff were courteous and ready to assist. The wait staff at the dining room go out of their way to accommodate the customers. Friendly staff and very helpful.

Property is a great location with so many shops, malls, dining options available. Property itself is good, not great. Elevators are particularly slow for some reason. Staff was friendly. Was happy for a free room upgrade.

The staff is incredible - super nice! The hotel rooms are adequate - a bit worn. Details aren't crisp. There was construction noise above me nearly the entire time I was here: 5/8-5/26. I am a Construction Manager that is around noise all the time - so I am numb to the noise.

The room needed a facelift but we were gone most of the day so it didn’t matter too much. There was an odor that never went away, but it was tolerable. The staff are very hard working and solicitous. We had issues with the hot water and their engineer came within 5 minutes and fixed it immediately. The hotel is about 1 block away from St Luke’s Medical Hospital, so this was convenient for us to meet our appointments and not get caught up with the horrible traffic. Landmark Store is around the corner, which was handy for groceries and amenities we forgot. An added bonus is the hotel is about 2 blocks away from the High Street area, which has many restaurant options. If you like walking, then you can keep walking towards the Market Market area. Very convenient.

Conveniently for all locations that you need and closer to St Lukes Medical City at BGC Taguig City. Highly recommend to all transient.
