I loves the hotel but was disappointed with kids staying. The one of many other reasons I choose this hotel, is that it promoted originally 23 and over but when we got there, we found out that Marriott bought it and changed it for kids to stay. I don't think this hotel is appropriate for kids. However, overall, we enjoyed our stay.

From the minute we walked in. Staff immediately greeted us and were very friendly. We even got a complementary goodie bag. We stayed for Halloween and we have no complains. Room was extremely clean. Food was delicious and we will be back again.

The Saint is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The decor is unique, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is impeccable. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The hotel was great for being next to the Waldorf Astoria where I had a conference. Nothing to write home about. It could have been a tad bit cleaner and the gym could have been bigger. If I would stay in New Orleans again for leisure I'd likely look else where closer to the garden district.

My stay was exceptionally wonderful. The customer service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and smelled clean. Housekeeping made sure all our needs were met. I have no complaints about my stay and will definitely stay there again.

The Saint is an amazing hotel with a Great Front Desk Staff that is very pleasant and inviting. The location of the Saint is perfect, everything you need and want to do is within a 2 minute walk. We will definitely be staying at the Saint on our next visit.

Desk clerks were courteous and assisted in every way possible, especially Erroll. Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. The location of this hotel is ideal, close to everything but far enough from the noise of Bourbon Street. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The build is old (its in New Orleans and that what I love about it), but beautiful and the staff could not have been better!! They helped us celebrate our wedding anniversary in the sweetest way. Literally everyone were the absolute best!

My overall experience was a let down. I've stayed at plenty of Marriott Autograph Collection properties over the course of time and at another "Saint" elsewhere. This property didn't live up to those standards in the least. The room fixtures had rust and appeared not to be maintained. The staff weren't welcoming nor friendly at all. Every encounter including check in seemed to be bothersome task for them. Never were we greeted with a smile or welcoming demeanor. And no those aren't required for our stays but if you're going to be a premier hotel, then those are baseline items. The hotel is in a prime location and easily walkable to many places. The entrance was sheik and lived up to the pictures.

It’s always an amazing stay at The Saint! There are so many things to love! The staff is very helpful and friendly! From valet, front desk, and housekeeping! The bar is so sexy and even the bathrooms have a naughty feel to them! I love that it’s within walking distance of Bourbon and many restaurants! I can go on and on, but this hotel is literally fantastic! I prefer being there with a significant other rather than kids!

I booked this hotel for my husband’s birthday trip. Nice property, very peaceful. The staff were pretty nice. The AC worked really, the showers were great, the beds were comfy. They have a stocked bar in the room (for a few) but it’s convenient.

This hotel is in the middle of everything. You are walking distance away from the casino, shopping, food, bourbon st. and the aquarium. Oh, and the hotel is very nice, beautifully decorated and great staff! I will definitely come back!!
