It was decent. But thats it. One front desk staffer was really nice - white guy who worked nights - dont know his name, but any positive reviews comes from his customer service). But my first room had broken heaters and didnt look well swept. I had to request help twice with this, and finally changed rooms. It was very cold. The room i moved to was better, but i did see a bug that they then sprayed for. They offered to move me but i didnt want to. They sprayed and it was fine after that. So, if they were a bit more clean i would visit again, but i can find better at this price and closer to the city.

Excellent hotel near the airport and public transportation. Rooms are clean and staff are very welcoming. Will be back .

The only reason anyone would give this hotel more than 2/10 is if they came from a third world country. I stayed in a 1 bedroom with kitchenette. Everything was dirty, broken or stained. The other poor reviews are spot on. I dealt with 2 different ladies at reception and they were wonderful.

Very disappointed cause for my entire stay which was 8 day my room only got cleaned once . The Wi-Fi didn’t worked in my room , when I told them about its they said they can’t do anything about it .

This property has families living in there. Holes in the walls and doors .Dusty and dirty. Vents are covered in dirt. Mattress are old and have stains . Walls have stains . Television kept going in and out . Refrigerator in the room did not get cold . This property should be taken off of Expedia to maintain a great and healthy booking reputation.

I have complained but have not had any response, I am currently chasing a refund due to staying in a room that was very unhygenic and seemed to be lived in.

the hotel is very dirty. The worse hotel I have ever seen. I do not recommend to stay there. I could not stay one minute in the hotel and I booked another hotel and left the hotel. The condition is not like the pictures and they have no understanding about cleanliness. Please do not book this hotel. PLEASE! I could not stay in this hotel but they also rejected to refund the booking amount!

We had shower issues, our shower curtain was too short and causing flooding after each shower, also there was no air conditioning in the room.

Very very bad experience. I don't know how this hotel has three stars. There was stench and dirt everywhere in the room - floor, shelves, chairs. The corners have not been washed in months, if not years. After the first night we had to change rooms. The receptionist said that the new room would be ready in the evening. After arriving at the hotel (in the evening), the receptionist, who had replaced the previous worker, knew nothing about it. She was unpleasant and we had to wait at least half an hour before she gave us a new room. The new room was also dirty and smelly. The closet was broken (couldn't be opened) so we couldn't use it. We didn't get the hair dryer we asked for. After two days, our toilet broke down. We had to wait two days for the hotel to fix it for us. Nobody informed us about anything. We had to flush the toilet with a bucket of water. It is normal? We didn't have housekeeping all week because the cleaner "was busy". What surprised us the most was that we had to throw out the trash to the container outside the hotel. Is this also normal? I travel regularly, but I have never experienced something like this. On the day of departure, we left the hotel at 2 a.m. - there was no one at the reception, while the reception was supposed to be available 24/7. The hotel was completely unlocked. Both the front and back doors were open. Anyone could walk in. The overall attitude of the hotel staff was unprofessional and unpleasant. This hotel NEVER AGAIN.

Convenable

Place didn't have air-conditioned. So we complain to the cleck and he said we ran out of fans because they are fully booked. We ask him to purchase us the fan and he told us to buy one ourselves.

Nice hotel only one think under beds was dusty. Good connection to underground.

The property was safe and clean, easy transportation, tram stop a few metres from the apartment. Great experience.

The breakfast was great and after our room got change because there was a problem with the first room it got changed with no issues and staff was friendly!!

Great location! Just outside the city center but just a short tram and metro away. Reception people were very nice and helpful.
