One ofvthe best Resorts in India. All staff members are very helpful and friendly.

Awesome place, beautiful resort, mind blowing food/buffet options. Kid friendly. Staff was so courteous and professional. game room was fun for my son. Only negative was lack of a small heated pool for kids to enjoy year round.

It is really a superb property with quite friendly staff. very well maintained, good food, cleanliness is the hall mark. However, there are no major activities that one can indulge in except for swimming.

Trip was amazing. It’s a great resort with lavish buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Superb ambience and clean swimming pool and garden. Staff are really amazing starting from the guards to people at higher positions. All very supportive. Will rate 100/100.

The stay at the hotel was good staff was also friendly but the main issue was the ac temperature. It was quite hot and we were not able to change the temperature and nor did they help. So i wont recommend to my friends specially people coming outside from india

Property was great. But in-house restaurant staff could have been better trained in customer service. Food was nice in buffet , A-la-carte service was vey slow. Food was costly compared to other similar locations.

When we arrived at the hotel, my girlfriend and I were told we could not be given a room as we were not married to each other. We were stunned at being treated this way. The manager looked at us as if we were criminals for not being married. This carried on to the extent that he would not even address us directly but would only talk to our married friends. We are both 37 years old. We are not teenage runaways. He said that if the two women in our party registered together and the boys registered together, he would check the CCTV to ensure we did not swap rooms later. I have never had a more invasive and humiliating experience in my life. We stayed there only because we were exhausted. But it felt like we were criminals being humiliated. I also want to know does the resort explain this to foreign tourists? And if not, how do they explain this arbitrary discrimination on marital and racial grounds? Also the manager insisted it was in the T&C when we clearly showed him it was not. He has since then conveniently updated them. Aside from our humiliation, I’m curious as to why hotels.com gives a platform to such places that are so discriminatory and humiliating? He went so far as to boast that if an engaged couple comes in to check the venue for their wedding he won’t even let them live together. I have no words.

Lay out, Space, Greenery are v good. Evening high tea charges are high....perticularly tea.

Resort itself is very nice, however if you are looking for a place that offers excellent customer service then this is not the place for you. I would rate the resort as 5 star and the service as 3 star. Simple things like greeting customers, opening doors and accommodating customer needs were not on top of their list.

Our trip was good enough to stay but is very far from the statu of Unity. I think they are in short of staff as they took 4 hrs to supply tea/coffee bags. Overall it was good.

Truly the most fun and comfortable experience. The resort is absolutely stunning, the service is super and the food is excellent. In our trips to over 22 countries and many 5 star resorts, Madhubhan gets our highest mark.

Nice ambience and service. Restaurant management not up to the mark. Unable to handle the mass presence during breakfast and lunch. Restaurants specially for dinner doesn't have ala carte options. Worth for a stay of two nights preferably but quality of services can be improved
