We arrived in town early and requested to check in at 2 instead of 3; they allowed this, but our room was dirty. The floor hadn’t been vacuumed (visible debris all over) and bathroom looked just barely wiped off. This was our second stay here, as we headed home from Santa Fe…the first time, it was a very nice suite. Breakfast was nice. Staff was pretty helpful.

My family and I only stayed one night but we had a great experience.Multiple staff members were friendly and helpful. Our kids loved the indoor pool. I loved the free breakfast for the family.

The shower had big globs of hair on the wall and drain, told staff they cleaned it, noticed dirt and rocks under sink area,didn't notice until the morning, batteries needed changed on remote, taken care of.

The employee who did the breakfast was amazing!!!!! We know the hotel was impacted by more guests because if the fires. They changed what kind of room we booked but did call that day to let us know. That was great. Didn’t like that the pull out bed wasn’t made, in fact we found clothes in it that weren’t ours when we pulled it out. They also ran out of pillows. We had two pillows for our family of 4 which was frustrating.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The complimentary
breakfast was better than any of the other six hotels that we visited on our last trip. The gentleman in charge of the breakfast always greeted us when we entered, and made sure all of the offerings were well supplied and the warm foods were fresh. The manager behind the desk greeted us by name and offered to put on fresh coffee.

The properties is great. The lady at the front desk was upset I needed to replace my keys because she had stepped away and I followed direction to call from the phone near the front door. It seemed I was an inconvenience.

We tried another motel on our trip to T or C, and ended up leaving the other hotel and staying at Holiday Inn, our normal booking when visiting. Always friendly staff and superior cleanliness!

The only negative is that your address on your website 2201 FG Admin Drive is not available in our iPhone map search for driving directions, and this was the second time we were led to wrong area. You need to check out this discrepancy between the address you have given us and the actual, searchable address on maps.

Hotel was conveniently located of I-25 for my visit to Truth or Consequences. Attractive and clean. Rooms clean and well appointed. Had a few issues but the staff resolved quickly. Quiet and safe for a solo traveler.

Very punctual at the time of check-out, they turned off the TV, I don't know if it was a coincidence or it turned off exactly at 11am, and at that moment they touched us because they would come in to clean
