My husband and I were traveling late and needed a room for one night. The bathroom was filthy, long black hair in the shower, scum on the shower walls ~ like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long while, dirty toilet and a sink that I needed to prop open in order to drain.. I used a towel on the shower floor to take my shower the next morning.

Great hotel

I am doing a bicycle tour of New Mexico, and the stay at this hotel was a nice treat from camping at the state parks (though the State Parks have been wonderful!). I picked this hotel because of its location near several restaurants and the local Walmart (I needed to pick up some supplies and provisions).

Room not thoroughly cleaned. Found things on floor, garbage in a drawer, blood stain on a fitted sheet at top where head would be, other greasy stains on quilts and curtains. Pool was closed due to algae...perhaps they aren't maintaining it well if algae is present? Staff not trained well, no eye contact, no smiles, not apologetic for problems encountered even though we were polite. Would not choose this location again. They need lots of improvement!

I arrived Saturday afternoon, and I asked in assessable bathroom for my brother that is in a wheelchair and they told me that they were not any rooms with the accessible bathrooms. They never called me and notified me about that so I asked if I could get a discount and they told me no that it wasn’t their fault. I called other hotels and obviously being the long weekend. Every hotel was booked, so we decided to stay there Sunday afternoon we come with our room clean and our bed done and we came in the room our beds were still not made clean sheets. The trash were not taken out the bathroom smell bad like urine the room had a humid smell. We went and tell the front desk and the front said that we have to request when we want our room clean that was never notified to us never again oh my goodness in this hotel even come inside the hotel. It has like a fishy smell everywhere you go it’s dirty and it smells bad. Even the breakfast was cold. We had to open the cabinets to find the creamer spoons forks anything they did not have anything there for us to grab nobody was there to assist us .

This hotel was overpriced. It was averaged below average. The breakfast was only adequate. Definitely nothing to ride home about. No place to hang towels in the bathroom.

Our first room was dirty, trash everywhere, dirty beds. They gave us another room but the air conditioner was broken. We slept horribly in the heat. They didn’t have any other rooms. There was only one lady running the entire hotel. I felt terrible for her they put her in those working conditions with zero support. They said it have a sofa bed and it did not. Some kids had to sleep on the filthy floor. We had to go to the store to buy them an air mat to sleep on. So disappointed in this stay. Then in the morning their electrical kept tripping and couldn’t get it to stay down so they closed down breakfast. Then the lady was like the best she could do was a 30% discount. We will not be staying here ever again!

This is a clean and well-kept property. Breakfast was sufficient.

Walked in there was trash From the previous day, bathroom shower was a mess. AC just didn’t even work. I was miserable. Front desk people just gave me a trash bag and said here clean it up. I was shocked.
