This was a terrible experience. The place smelled, it was dirty. The TV did not work. I checked out, and went to another Hotel.

It was the basics. It was a safe place to sleep for the night.

Thay have to clean better and the smell of smoking was horrible

Motel 6 dogs are free

You get what you pay for. Toilet don’t flush, caret was dirty, side door entrance was dirty, stairs squeaked, rooms had a smell.

My review is that right when I walked into the hotel I could tell the carpet has never been vacuumed or at least doesn’t get vacuumed regularly. The staff was super sweet. I have no complaints about the staff. Other than that they couldn’t supply us towels when we needed them. The room was not clean the floor had sand or dirt on it. The sheets had different peoples hair on it. They seem to be cleaned. There didn’t seem to be any bedbugs, but we did sleep. OK the AC seem to start kicking up and working. OK we did keep it on and worked good. The shower was nice. It did work well I did find and had to squash him in the bathroom right away and outside the door. There was a bunch of toilet paper stuck in our people of our door, which was kind of strange which I took out while we were there the sink even though it was dirty. There was like pieces of the plastic that’s made of missing so made it look even more dirty, which was disturbing because , we’re very clean people and it was hard to feel clean that type of bathroom but we made it work. It was better than camping at least !! To get bad reviews, this one was a total better than camping I guess but definitely not somewhere I would ever want to stay again in my life ever!

It was a 100° day when i checked in. The room was extremely hot and the A/C wasnt marked or working correctly. Didnt figure out the A/C till the next morning. The bed was slightly softer than concrete. The shower wasarked backwards, how was cold and cold was hot. Flushing the toilet was living on the edge.... you always hoped it would go down, took at least 2 flushes.

room was not ready. we were given another room that wasnt ready either. then they switched us to another room that was dirty too .. cleaning personell were in there trying to fix everything . no shower curtain no towels. dirty counters .

It is a bed and a tv. A/C works great and there are good channels to watch. The staff is very nice. Was able to order pizza. You have to remember what it is though. I do not want to give a bad review because the people were great. Tub water would not shut off, and there was hair all over the tub, we did not use it because of that. If traveling without shampoo's and toiletries, you will have to purchase, they only offer soap. Floor was sticky. Our shoes stuck as we walked through the room, especially the bathroom, bathroom door stuck, hard. Sheets did not stay on the bed, but we did sleep well. It is an old smoking hotel, that smells like it. For the price, it did it's job. We also came during an evacuation of local towns due to a fire up in Ruiodoso. The hotel was overwhelmed, all hotels were booked and there were tons of people, we were lucky to get a room. Remember, the staff was excellent, better than the Mariott I stayed in the night before. I thank you for being so kind.

Desk staff was nice and easy to deal with. Toilet in room was clogged immediately and want resolved. Reserved for two queens, pretty sure they were not queen size beds. No smoking room but whole hotel smells like weed and vape.

I love motel 6. They are pet friendly senior friendly. I've used a number of motel 6 across America. The only motel I'll use. Price friendly!!

Pictures are not updated online, very outdated. Property is not kept up so it is dirty and run down. Sheets had a yellow stain and bedspread had cigarette burns. Room stinks like old mildew and cigarette smoke. Floors were dirty. No shampoo or conditioner, only had one bar soap and 2 towels. Customer service was really bad. Definitely won't be staying here again.

Would only recommend the hotel if you will be staying and leaving. Shower would not drain and toilet would not flush.

We reserved 2 rooms at 3pm got to our room at 7:30pm I waited 20 minutes to get checked in.. then went up to our rooms only to find they had been used and not cleaned. The beds were slept in the trash was FULL there was food on the table from the people that stayed in the room before us there was wet towels on the floor. Needless to say I went straight to the front desk.. the front desk lady was hiding from me. I had to get out my phone and call the front desk. The lady came out from around the wall. We waited till 11:30 pm! For our room to be done. The entire room smelled like paint we all woke up sick and had to leave! The air conditioner was falling off the wall. And the power plus were not on the wall all the power cord were hanging out the wall!

Great customer service!

First they called us 3 hours after check to let us know that the water heater went out and that wed get a discount when we got to the motel , when we did the guy said he could not refund me any of the amount paid and he COULD NOT give me my discount . There were ROACHES there was PEE IN THE TOILET ALREADY WHEN WE ENTERED THE ROOM we felt extremely itchy in the morning and ONTOP OF IT ALL THERE WERE MICE no water came from the sink or the shower/bathtub and we only got to flush the toilet ONCE DO NOT STAY HERE

For a one-night stay it was pretty good. However, the room wasn’t ready when we got there and the sink was leaking. Overall not bad just a bit disorganized.

Room was okay. I wish I could pay extra for a refrigerator. The hot water heater was broken so that was not good

Very old rooms, not a clean feel. Dirty remote. Cheap price and close walking distance to McDonalds was the only perk

No refrigerator no microwave no coffee maker in room torn bedspread..tv sucks not clear by the time u find a channel the movie was over don't know if the remote sucked had to climb stairs and have 2 really bad knees

There was no refrigerator, microwave or coffee pot. Just a bed, TV and bathroom.

There were noisy dogs barking most of the night. I have stayed there with a dog in the past but I would never allow a dog to whine and bark for hours during the night! Ugh!!

Excellent access to I-25 without being too close.

Staff at this hotel are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Hotel itself is not so nice, but it’s to be expected with motel 6.

No pictures on wall, no remote for TV, toilet took 20 mins to flush, shower curtain wouldn't stay closed

It was good. Clean. Most of the staff is very friendly and nice except the older lady. The water in the bathtub was leaking. It was a nice stay for what we paid
