Breakfast was very limited & minimal items to choose from. Our bathroom had a unpleasant mildew like smell. Bed was comfy & room appeared clean.

Clean room, kept up newer property, but walls must be uninsulated. Loud, can hear next room people talking late into night, despite our white noise machine.

Nice hotel right off our route westward. Clean and comfortable. Chik-Fil-A right across the parking lot was very handy. Alot of road construction going on close by, but not too much of a nuisance. Bed and bath were top notch.

The room was nice but when I looked at pictures of the room it showed a chair with arms and an ottomen with it but instead we got a chair with no arms and no ottomen which I did not like but otherwise the room was nice.

Besides being in a great location, the staff were great. Always cheerful and greeted you with a smile.

Everything great, except the directions to the hotel on the expedia app tried to take us across the street to a different hotel chain.

The staff at the property were great, very nice and helpful. There were some issues with our room including a broken toilet seat, an odor, the maid service did not make the bed or leave enough towels, there was a lot of noise from the hallway and above our room. The room itself was very nice. The food was ok...on par with most "free breakfast" options. Overall it was decent but could use some more attention to the little things.

I thought the air conditioning was set too low and I found it a little cold in the room. Otherwise it was an excellent place to stay.

Excellent, the staff was very efficient while also being friendly. The hotel is well maintained, everything works! Nice walk-in shower with decent water pressure and lots of hot water.

Air conditioning works fantasticly. Front desk lady was so nice and my children adored her right off the back. Hot tub was nice as well.

After this trip? I WANNA MOVE to Kansas!! It is true that your experience begins at the front desk: Professional; Efficient, and Friendly--- As a seasoned traveller-- professional and personal--- Rarely have I had a better experience. Mika at the front desk was Golden. Even gave her a hug at check out!! Bravo Overland HIE!!

We were welcomed with a friendly staff as soon as we entered the lobby. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Will be booking here every time we play in Overland Park
