The staffs weren’t very helpful nor accommodating, the room is very old , there were ants all over the room , even on our bed. And the air conditioning wasn’t working , making it very uncomfortable for us .

I like the fact that I had a mini balcony and outside shower and toilet .

our room is quite dirty, not happy. but the staff are nice and even gave my partner a surprise birthday cake. thank you. although the roomis not quite we expected. dirty and smelly.

Had reserved a queen-size bed 3 weeks prior to stay, but they have no more rooms available on the actual day :( The traffic outside the hotel is horrible. It takes forever to get out of Kuta area :( There is no shelter from lobby to our room, had to get drenched during raining times. Also, rainwater is collected on the room entrance. No proper drainage system to drain out the water, thus easily attracts mosquitoes :( The main room door cannot be locked and cannot be shut tightly. There will always remain a small gap, this allowing outside mosquitoes to fly in. :( The toilet door lock is spoiled and cannot be closed properly too. The toilet door is translucent, causing the outside people to easily see the people in the bathroom doing business there :( The restaurant is very slow in service. Ordered only 2 main dishes and there is not many customers during our time of order, yet it took more than 15 minutes to serve :( The reception is not communicating and not working well with the spa team. The lobby reception asked us to book a time for spa with the spa front desk at 2nd level. The spa front desk asked us to book the spa through the reception. Pushing from one to another, in the end we did not manage to book an appointment for spa :( Fortunately, there are also few plus points about this hotel. It is very near to the airport. The bed & pillow are really comfortable, the TV has too many Hollywood movie channels and the buffet breakfast food taste great :)

The staff was very accommodating. We needed a early check in. We only stayed here because we needed a room close to the airport. We had a very late departure and needed a van and driver to the airport . The front desk neglected to arrange for the van as promised after confirming our request twice during the day. Otherwise good hotel for the money.

All areas of the property were at a good standard. Slight problem with design of shower and bath as flooded the bathroom every time it was used but not the end of the world. Reception Manager was excellent along with a restaurant Staff (especially Dian) Food was of a good standard.

?Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to the airport. Towels were rough. Sink in the bathroom was clogged. Air conditioner and wifi worked. You get what you pay for.

The property is very close to the airport so it is very convenient to stay if you just need a hotel for one night while you sleep. For $26 it is hard to have a large complaint of any kind, but the property is not clean. When you touch things like the remote control or the light stand or the breakfast table, you just get that grimy feeling like you need to wash your hands immediately. This is a solid two star hotel, and for a very good price. It is what it is, right by the airport and very convenient.

Made a booking on hotels.com but the hotel never got it had to wait 35 minutes on a 1:30 am ariival...hotels.com was bad but the hotel staff was good

Overall quite a good experience. Location was quite near town area. Access to food and convenience stores. Mosquitoes was an issue especially at night. Could not get WIFI in my room location

I had booked four nights at this hotel because it was convenient to the airport, the beaches of Kuta and I liked the photos online. Unfortunately the hotel put me in a room that was noisy and uncomfortable. Later they told me I should have booked a room with one bed. They did eventually move me to a much nicer Villa room for the last night but this was after two nights of bad sleep after which I checked into a hotel around the corner to get some rest and a better breakfast buffet. Im sure I would have enjoyed the stay much more if I had had the better room to begin with. Still there was a big difference in the two rooms for one hotel. Overall the facilities were not as nice as the photos, especially the pool and the dining area. I would however recommend the Villa room which was comfortable, private and quiet. It came with a refrigerator. There are two buildings to this hotel and I was in the back building first, then I was moved to a Villa room that was off of the pool and was much quieter without street noise and hall noise.The staff were very nice and so was the assistant manager when he understood that there was a problem.

Good location. Lots of food near hotel. Beach access, good breakfast.

Nice but first day the villa was with lizards on request they shifted to another room over all its good

Needed a place to sleep and shower after a unfortenate 20 hour day of traveling due to the speed boats being down in gili. Was able to get some rest here before heading to the airport for a early AM flight

We booked deluxe villa for 4 nights and got free upgrade to superior premium something with open bathroom. During our stay, our door was broken so we were eventually upgraded to deluxe villa with private plunge pool which I think United Airlines should learn from. Very friendly staffs from front desk office to restaurant staffs, even the garden keeper would always welcome us with a big smile everytime we walked by. Room isn't quite new but everything else can make up for that. Outdoor pathways with wall decor & trees bring up a very zen atmosphere. Also the pool is a perfect place to chillax and opened pretty late. Highly recommend!

The service was slow taking over 8 hours to make up the two rooms that were being used in our corridor. The food was not great and for the premium price they charge you deserve more.I particularly liked their buy one get one free cocktail deal in which they just doubled the price of the cocktail from the menu price. Cost of one s__ on the beach? $4.5 buy one get one free price. $9.0 staff spoke minimal English and either pleaded ignorance of outright ignored our feed back.I stayed there five nights. . . I wont get those 5 nights back. But maybe I can save you.
