It's a lovely hotel but what stands out to me is the customer service. My wife and I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and Suites, and our experience was outstanding. From arrival, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff are incredibly friendly and always go the extra mile to ensure comfort and enjoyment. Their dedication to excellent service is evident in every interaction. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. The buffet breakfast was impressive, with a great variety and quality of food. Special thanks to General Manager Andy Belmonte. His leadership is reflected in the exceptional culture of the hotel. The friendly and accountable nature of the staff speaks volumes about the management’s commitment to excellence. Having traveled to Manila often for business, this hotel stands out as a favorite. The location is convenient, and the service is impeccable. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn and Suites to anyone visiting Manila. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. Great location and friendly staff

My first stay at the HolidayInn and I like the location. It is literally connected the Mall.

Convenient location

I love the breakfast and dinner buffet options. If you sign up for IHG membership which is free, you get 40% off the food. The roof top bar and pool are nice. The mall is right next door so if it is raining you can get there without getting wet. Tons of food options.

Excellent service from all the staff, very accommodating. Rooms are clean quiet and comfortable. Great location, accessible to malls and other establishments.

The property is right at the heart of Makati's commercial hub. A variety of restaurants and retails shops are just walking distance from the hotel so you avoid the hassle of Manila's frustrating traffic snarls. Filipino hospitality is very much demonstrated by the hotel staff and definitely adds to the appeal of the hotel. Overall, the hotel is a great place to stay while in Makati.

A great location!

Extremely hospitable staff with good location as well. It is beside a huge shopping mall with plenty of shops and things to do as well. Only issue is when we tried to contact the concierge regarding some local tours, they kept on telling us to check with the tour agency next door which is inside the mall. I dont think thats what a concierge is for, to be always directing tourist elsewhere.

Within the mall with security very good to separate the mall people with the guests.

A pleasant experience overall not withstanding the closed pool area due to moderate rains and the confusion during breakfast when my husband was interrogated by the staff before being allowed to enter the restaurant.

The staff was exceptional and did their best to go out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Of particular note was the person assigned to clean our room. She was attentive, and sought to address and proactively address our needs.

Close to shopping centers and restaurants

My favorite hotel in the area. Main reason is because it has a smoking destination area with a beautiful view.

i like the attentivness of employees, quick room service, on going live music, friendly staff and great buffet. poul was good st check out also. room attendant was the BEST for 1608 room

Very nice

The room was clean, modern, spacious, and overall a very nice room to stay in. The hotel is attached to Glorietta Mall which is very convenient. I would stay here again and I highly recommend it.
