Friendely staff

It was a passable experience. The rooms need a bit of soung up and the bed linens could be better

The place was good, there's a few bits like internet quality and the daily cleaning that could of been improved on but honestly we had a lovely time and couldn't complain too much.

Lovely, but pool was under construction. This should have been mentioned in advance, as I’d have booked someplace else. The location was great and staff were really nice, though.

This place was perfect for us! Close to Echo Beach and wonderful staff.

Stayed for a week, and everything was even better than I imagined. Clean, fresh pool, exceptional staff. Perfect location.

If you want to be in peace and quite in Canggu, but prefer hotel-like environment or private villas, this place is a good choice. I stayed in resort and the room was nice and had everything I needed - spacey bathroom wilt tub and cozy bed. The breakfast is big - combination of western classics and local specialties, and every morning something new and different. Only one thing I missed was balinese authentic coffee, but that was covered by live cooking :) You could ask an omelette or different kinds of eggs from the staff. The pool area is well maintained and intimate. Overall the staff was superfriendly! I gice extra points regardig location - just a walk away from Echo Beach and La Brisa beach club if you want something more posh. For authentic indo food there is also Warung Kezia really close and Red Salt Cafe for great burgers!

Good average-sized swimming pool and we were given an upgrade as a mother/daughter combo and they couldn’t supply twin beds (requested) so they put in a softish older bed next to the lovely King Bed with a sheet but no duvet. Drawback was only being able to check in after 3 when check out is at 12 and we were only staying one night. The hotel deserves more than 10 out of 10 for the breakfast - literally the best breakfast we had in Bali and I would suggest the best breakfast in Bali at an average-priced hotel: Eggs and pancakes cooked to order, lots of meat to choose from along with noodles, rice, potatoes etc.

This is the only place I stayed in Canggu where I got a decent nights sleep! It’s a bit further out from the centre, but it’s quiet at night which is amazing. Excellent service and breakfast. Taxis can take you into town for 50k or hire a scooter.

The property is beautiful! The pool is amazing and they have scooters to rent that are very affordable. The staff is super nice and they are great at helping you find where you want to go if you don’t have a driver. The breakfast is amazing as well! There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about it.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We received an upgrade upon arriving. The property is very beautiful and clean. It is a good location - quiet, but close enough to the action. We were able to borrow bicycles for free to cycle around. We really loved this place and were sad to leave.

Staff is very helpful and very nice. Resort is little bit of the road, however this guarantees you peace and quite time. The hotel is very well equipped and villas are exceptional. Local money exchanger scammed me but the staff helped me to get my money back.

We went when is was off session so the hotel was only 50% full which was great for us . The staff were very accommodating- beach shuttle was never an issue the walk back was a lovely 15 minutes . Breakfast was amazing - and then later we ate at local places ( many to choose from if you didn’t eat at the hotel .

The hotel is lovely and the breakfast is delicious.But the hotel is completely isolated, no restaurants no shops no beach. The free shuttle only operates once a day to Canggu and the taxis can be very corrupt and try and rip you off, be careful and never pay more than 50k. Bluebird taxi does not operate in canggu anymore and the drivers don’t have a meter so you are really at their mercy, negotiate a price at the beginning and don’t be surprised if they are rather unfriendly. The staff of the hotel were very friendly and the room was clean and had a nice balcony.The food at breakfast has a great selection but the food for lunch and dinner is not very healthy but a good option if you don’t want to take a 30min Taxi into Town.If only the location and food would be healthier then this would truly be our dream resort.

What an amazing hotel loved it. It’s outsude the city center which I like by the river. They have everything you need here but will get you scooters, bikes etc if you need. Or plan a tour for you if any kind

We upgraded to a beautiful villa with private pool on inspection of the standard room we had booked, which looked a little small and slightly depressing. It was well worth the extra money. The villa was perfect and the private pool a real treat even though the communal facilities were good. Staff were lovely and helpful. Only downside is the location is a bit isolated and the food a bit below expectations. Taxis are cheap but the beach is not really walkable.

A lovely hotel tucked away from it all. Staff are wonderful and are more than happy to help. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Only minor detail shower is a little inconsistent with water flow.

Totally inadequate in today’s modern world. Bali has not kept pace with infrastructure when you arrive you are herded like sheep the reading is so bad and th best thing was when you left at the airport the departure was the best and most professional operation.

Booked and prepaid for 5 nights, stayed 3 hours. Old, run down, dirty and very poor location. For the price paid we expected much much much better.

The only disappointing bit would be the breakfast, good freshly made omelette though. Coffee is dreadful.Above all else, the gardens are fabulous.

Overall, our stay at The Bali dream villa was all right, but not fantastic. The facility was clean and the staff were friendly as can be, but the location of the resort just was not what we were looking for. In addition to this, the walls were super thin, and we could hear our neighbors talking all night (though they did not even seem to be talking very loud). Our unit lost electricity twice, one time for almost a full day. The restaurant was decent, but one of the most overpriced on the island, and we have been here for almost a month. While I wouldn’t say it was bad, I do believe a much better value could be found somewhere else.

The hotel was ok. There was a strange smell coming from the hallway and a very bad smell coming from the shower in my room. The area was quiet and tranquil so that was a plus. I think that it overall it was priced too high for what it was. I wouldnt stay there again.

We arrived very late at night (after the Baliku driver got us lost) & was greeted warmly by Wayan C, nothing was ever too much problem with any of the staff members. You usually asked once & whatever you asked for soon appeared. Lovely pool & meals area.

Nice comfortable room however had to keep asking for toilet paper, tissues, soap, etc wasnt automatically replaced. Room service menu variety was excellent but the breakfast buffet was very ordinary with the same food every day. Overall fair.
