This property is exactly as seems in the pictures. Good value and very friendly owner, not luxury but priced accordingly. The room is small but clean and well fitted and the bathroom is decent. The breakfast made by the owner was very nice and generous portions, I was given a good range of things I could cook. It's about 10 minutes into the center by car/taxi and half an hour by bus which is conveniently location. Overall I would definitely stay here again if visiting Cambridge for work. Easy on street parking too.

My room was guaranteed when I came late for checking in. The room is clean and beautiful! The breakfast was very nice! Highly recommend!

The info says check in is only available from 5 pm and I arrived a little earlier. Fortunately someone was there who showed me in. It was quite important to me as I needed to go out again soon.There are useful shops nearby, and parking facilities are good, either on the premises or on the road.

This is how a B&B should be run, clean, well equipped, fabulous food and friendly. The bed was sooooo comfy. A great shower and the food was fantastic including the chopped fruit and berries awaiting me at the table.The full English breakfast was tasty and a perfect size, great coffee too! Highly recommend if you are going to Cambridge 😎👍

Rosa is a great host. Chose garden room has a private toilet. Very clean, friendly, decent size room with necessary facility. Fixed the internet problem. Break fast is amazing, my favorite was omlet. Very nice people to meet. Very calm and kind off 2 km away from city.

Stayed only one night but was impressed by the cleanliness and the friendliness of the owner

Rosa is such a friendly host and her breakfasts are wonderful. I had a plate of fruit followed by eggs and gluten free toast washed down with a large pot of tea and a glass of orange. The other guest staying that night had a full English breakfast which he seemed to enjoy.My room was very comfortable, the full size single bed has a lovely memory foam mattress. The room was on the small side but plenty big enough for a b&b. My room, the shared bathroom and one other room were in a self contained unit on the side of the house with a separate entrance so that I could come and go without going through the main house.The house is located in a residential area. It is 2.2 miles to the centre of Cambridge which took me 20 minutes on an adult push scooter.

Very small room and small bed. Door lock to bedroom didnt lock. Not allowed key to front door of property. Didnt realize bathroom was shared. Not allowed to shorten stay without paying for all four nights.

I went into a shower which did not have hot water till I asked for it, and the landlady set up the room when I was in the shower. The room is really tiny, and it's good only if you don't plan to spend any time in it.The owner, Rosa, was very friendly and nice. The breakfast was excellent.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was small but clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and it included a large plate of fresh fruit, a vegetable omelette (at my request), juice and coffee. The house is in a very nice and quiet residential area and only a 5 minute walk from the bus stop, a convenience store and the local pub. Rosa was very hospitable and friendly and made sure everything was OK.

Breakfast is served at her big nice kitchen table where I met a nice gentleman staying there who fixes high-tech boilers and told me his father was a pilot in WWII. The next day I had breakfast with a young man from Germany attending Cambridge to learn better english. This was my first B&B and I really enjoyed meeting nice people and sharing stories. Rosa cooked my eggs the way I like and had big mushrooms and fresh cooked tomatoes and sausage and ham too but the best part was the huge plate of fresh fruit she gave me every morning BEFORE all that. Her husband owns a fruit stand so she gets the best of it all. The first thing you notice about your room is how clean everything is. I have a bad back and need 4 pillows so she brought me 2 more and they were nice memory-foam types. ...and that includes your own home. Very nice, helpful, and attentive owners. Nice accommodation at a convenient place if you have business at Science or Business Park. Clean and well appointed room. Most importantly, the breakfast is to die for -- puts to shame even most of 5* hotels. :D

Although it is a bit far from the city center (need to catch a bus for about 10 min), the room is very clean and free wifi is also available. Great breakfast in the morning (the owner raises own hens for eggs in breakfast). The room and the bathroom was clean. Good value.
