hotel provided the best services since we reached the hotel, we can enjoy the afternoon tea beside the pool, enjoy the music and the amazing view, also they have the surpise to my wife during the breakfast due to my wifes birthday, we never mentioned to the hotel, it means the hotel will take care all the guests. for sure, we will come back ....

The Mulia is a great hotel for families and couples. The service is the best ever, the pool is fantastic, and the hotel's programs are varied and attentive. This is a hotel I would definitely return to again.

The staff was incredible friendly and always helpful. Our suite was beautiful. The grounds were amazing, and the beach was wonderful. Truly a wonderful stay.

Wow. What an experience, this truely is a 6 star resort with everything you could ever imagine. From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we walked out it was a phenomenal experience.
The service from the butlers and the remainder of the staff was the best we’ve ever experienced. Nothing was too much. They made our honeymoon extremely memorable and we extended our stay because of this!
What a memorable experience and we’ll be back

Very nice place. I stayed in the "suites" portion of the hotel which is a separate block. My ocean view "suite" was not actually a suite, but a large room. Nevretheless it was a very nice large room with enormous bathroom. Service was very attentive and "suites" portion has separate and quieter breakfast facilities than main hotel. The hotel annoyingly shuts the gym at 8pm and the only reason seems to be that they keep it staffed all the time it is open, rather than allowing room card access. This s a bit of a pain if you come from a western time zone and arrive late after a long flight.

Best place we stay on our honeymoon by a country mile. Highly recommend you stay at The Mulia which should not be mistaken with the Mulia Resort and Village other locations in the resort. You get the full range of services from the excellent Butler service to the beachfront view from your cabana to the excellent suites. Love, Love Love. We had a blast and my wife will want us to come every year. The Food was great but not all the restaurants are meeting the exacting standards the Mulia sets itself. But otherwise great

We spent three unforgettable days in the Mulia Hotel, from hospitality to devotion for clients we can’t say other than outstays place to stay, courtesy is all way around, very well trained people which made us to feel even better than home. 100 % recommended.

The size of the property made it easy to discover new parts of the hotel and gardens which are available to guests in suites or villas. My only negative comment would be the amount of fake flowers on display in various areas. This a beautiful hotel with wonderful service.

This has been a fantastic experience. I did not imagine to find such an excellent place in Bali. We took the whole family (13 of us) and spent beautiful time together for a whole week.

we were unfortunately booked over the period of the rapture concert and the evening facilities were closed (sky bar) for the whole weekend for private partys and preparation.
staff and facilities were amazing especially gym and pools but no sign of any guests..food was excellent in all restraunts but wine list was limited.

I stayed overnight in the Mulia.Overall the service and facility were impressive.The staff are so friendly and prioritize our privacy.The only drawback is no valet service which supposed to be standard for 5 star hotel and the guest has to pay parking fee partially

The mulia exceeded my expectations. Their attention to detail is spot on. The grounds are kept immaculate. The staff are among the most polite and attentive I’ve come across. They even remember your name. The food is exceptional. The menu is extensive and will cater for most. Overall the best hotel I’ve stayed at. 2nd would be shangri la Dubai for comparison.

We only stayed in The Mulia for 24hours in July. Lovely property, spacious rooms. The breakfast hall at The Resort Mulia is so good, one of the best in the world, covering the flavors from all over the world.

Amazing stay. Nusa dua overall is much quieter. Lovely free breakfast and afternoon tea. The restaurants are delish and brunch at solei is a must. Staff is kind and rooms are huge. We booked the suites and the hot tub and outdoor space was amazing
