We stayed at the Le Méridien for our first trip to Bali based on the fact that we’ve stayed at Le Méridien’s in several other countries and have always had great experiences. This experience in particular was absolutely atrocious. When we arrived we had a warm welcome and upon checking into our room we were appalled by the state of the room. There is mold in the showers, the bathroom, the room is unclean with dust everywhere, the towels are not clean, the property around is not clean, we literally had ticks in our bed and after complaining they sent us to a new room which we were grateful for but when we got to the room it was infested with flies and spiders, there was a work in the bath tub and even more roaches and mould we could ever imagine. All in all very disappointed in this place however I will say the staff are great but overall would highly recommend not staying here. There are several other amazing hotels in the area which are the same price that are upheld as an exclusive hotel. The cleanliness is non existent pls beware

We totally enjoyed our stay at Le Meridien Jimbaran. Staff were amazing, breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Our room was huge and the lagoon access was lovely straight from our patio.

Loved how activities staff Smiley and Yuni made fun for all the guests while leaving time to lay on the lagoon. Food cooked by Gede and team was top notch for Balinese over dinner and cakes at Breakfast with fully stocked egg/pancake/rice/noodle/fruit stations plus all dietary needs catered for. all the wait staff were attentive as were the lobby staff who helped organise anything we asked. Get the lagoon access pool for ultimate refreshment.

Hotel is a great hotel - slightly older - bed little harder than I prefer, but staff were all fab. The location is a very short walk away from the beach, but the downside is actually the area there isnt much to walk to in terms of bars, nightlife or shopping.

Each and every one of the staff on site was very friendly and welcoming and always took the time to stop and chat a little bit with us which we really enjoyed. Everything that we saw on videos prior to coming here was exactly what it showed and we are not disappointed in our room or the property of amenities.

Best hotel to stay near the beach and quiet place. Smiley and Juni is the best hotel staff members who always try their best to look after you. We stayed in lagoon access and it was a perfect room and pretty big room.

The staff was very attentive and were so pleasant to us. Beautiful grounds and very comfortable bed and pillows. Room was very spacious

Great service and location

I particularly liked the setting of the place. It was very quiet which I liked . I enjoyed the balinese food that was offered at dinner time. Breakfast was mediocre for what you pay. The dining area was way too hot unfortunately, which I didn’t think helped the quality of the food appearance during breakfast. The staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted you with a smile . When there was an issue with my friend’s dinner , the chef was very quick to resolve it , without charge. If you enjoy seafood at the beach , Le Meridian was perfect for that. Fabulous setting and food at the beach. Finally, after we left the country , lost and found contacted me about a pair of earrings that was accidentally left behind , in the room. That was an added bonus , knowing that the staff can be trustworthy and honest .

Great location for access to the beach bbq restaurants where people watch the sun set over dinner.

Great facilities and atmosphere at the hotel. Close proximity to the beach, which has lots of restaurants and bars to frequent. Staff are so accommodating and more than happy to help. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Le Meridien Bali Jimbaran.

It was a great experience with Le Meridien Bali. The reception and the team lead were fantastic! Got an upgrade and we did enjoy the whole trip / service in the hotel.

I’ve stayed in a few Le Meridiens around the world and this one was below their standard. Staff weren’t overly friendly, food was not good, but the room was nice, large and clean. Not many sunbeds by the pool and the music is very loud

This hotel is incredible, from the moment we arrived we felt right at home. We had the pool access room and absolutely loved starting our day with a swim. The the room was so big, and the bathroom was amazing I honestly could not have a bad word to say about the hotel at all. I the staff were so friendly , welcoming and so helpful, and we even had a beautiful cake and flowers to celebrate our wedding anniversary when we arrived to our room. The breakfast itself was a 10/10 the Bakso station was our go to every morning. We ate by the pool one day and the food was delicious, and Beef Rendang and Mi Goreng. Loved every moment of our stay and we can't wait t return. Thanks for having us, and see you again soon.

I expected more from this standard of hotel. Need better choices of beer to include IPA and craft beer not just cheap beer. Cocktails need work, again for the standard of this hotel you need to up your standards on cocktails. We didn't eat anything because we were not sure if the food was any good considering the lack of good craft beer and cocktails.

Staff were brilliant, food was fantastic. Had a great, but too short, stay. Thank you to all the staff.

Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. My partner and me enjoyed the stay a lot. Hotel facilities was well managed, clean and user friendly. Highly recommend and would like to come back again.
