I was charged an extra tax for no justifiable reason.

I had a reservation made 2 reservation I room with 1 queen bed and 1 room with a king bed with a balcony for the room with the balcony and I even paid more for this room and I didn’t get to room with a balcony when I told the lady at the front desk she told me there was no more room with balcony available but I told that I had paid for that room and had a reservation she told me that was not her problem that she couldn’t do anything about that. So I’m requesting a refund on that room price that I paid for and didn’t get . Also the hotel lobby is very very noisy the staff talking all night u can hear EVERYTHING in your room that door bell ringing what’s to drive u crazy . It was a horrible stay I don’t sleep at with all the noise. I told to hotel staff about the noise level they didn’t care the person just brushed me off with what I was saying. Terrible terrible stay .

I booked the room last minute, so I got the last room. However, the service was quick and pleasant. The room was quaint, just as I expected for a small, historic town. The breakfast was great with a quick service.

Was ok overall! Rooms do not match with website! Sheets were so...so . Weak breakfast. Good service and nice staff

Overall it was a memorable stay. Located just a few blocks from the center plaza with excellent views. Breakfast on the terrace was excellent.

Warm welcome on check in. Everything we asked for was given promptly- jacuzzi reservation, extra towels. They even looked after our bags post-check out for a few hours while we waited for transport. Habitation was very comfortable and modern. The breakfast was enough to start the day. We will definitely return.

The hotel is lovely and well maintained, however I recommend avoiding the "Balcony" rooms as they are RIGHT on the main entryway to the town. We heard traffic and drunk people in the middle of the night. Two of the three workers were outstanding, which is wonderful for Colombia (where I expect poor service normally) the third was very Colombian and terrible at customer service. For example we ordered room service from her including a Caesar Salad, and she decided it was best to tell us "Que pena" there is no salad at 10:10pm when the kitchen had already closed. Again, I'm used to bad service in this country, but this is a rather expensive hotel.

It is a beautiful hotel, very comfortable beds and rooms. It is about 700 meters away from Villa de Leyva's main square.
The breakfast is tasty, with eggs, fruit and good coffee.

It was a nice hotel, beds were comfortable and breakfast was served every morning either in restaurant or through room service free of charge. It was at walking distance from the Plaza Mayor (approximately 10 minutes). There is a jacuzzi you can reserve for hours. The only down-side was the fact that walls are very thin so if there is any noise outside it gets hard to sleep.

This is an extremely nice hotel in a lovely town. The hotel is about 10 minutes out from the centre of town which means you don't get the noise from the bars and restaurants in the centre. Rooms are very nicely appointed and there is a very nice breakfast included. Staff are very friendly but don't speak much English. Price is very reasonable for the high standard of accommodation.

Leydi is the best - the staff is as friendly as can be and the rooms are extremely clean and modern. Additionally the breakfast was delicious and the location of the hotel was prime - within min walking distance of the beautiful central plaza. Especially given the economic rate, this has to be the best option in town for the value. You will not be dissappointed with your stay and Leydi and her crew will do their best to accomodate for your every need .
