Air conditioning need attention

Staff were extremely friendly. A little bit for from the main areas of Seminyak but the free shuttle was a great bonus to get around and meant this wasn’t really an issue. Also, it meant the villa was quiet and away from noise. The pool was lovely and clean. The living/dining area was outdoors so no relief from the heat but it was great to be able to watch the kids in the pool from the couch. Ask for a pool fence if you have kids. Breakfast made fresh for us in the villa was great! We would stay again.

This was our first time in Bali and we knew we were going to get a relaxing and spacious accommodation for our family of 4 adults. I searched the internet using various hotel booking platforms and found this little gem. I say little because this property has only 6 villas, all in it’s own private garden, pool, bedrooms etc. This is a very exquisite setup at a very reasonable rate. All the people working there, and I really mean it, ALL people there are absolutely fantastic and treat you like you’re the most important guests. The way they treat you is friendly and comfortably but not overly done. It’s like you are staying home with a few maids, familiar faces. We all recognize each other after a few hours of interaction. Here’s the bonus. They actually bring in the ingredients to your kitchen for making your breakfast at the time you requested the night before. Of course there is a good menu of choices for you to choose from that evening too. Didn’t I say feel like home? And then all the shuttle car service within the area of Seminyak is complimentary. Although the villa has a nice fully equipped kitchen, we decided to dine out every single night. And the shuttle will bring us to the front of the restaurant every time, then 30 min. before we finish our meal we ask the restaurant people to call our villa to come to pick us up. You know what, every night when we walked out of the restaurant, our driver was there waiting for us opening the door. Absolutely first class service.

We stayed at the Sandi Agung Villa for 4 days 3 nights and we absolutely enjoyed every bit of it. Clean rooms, wonderful service customer service. The staffs at the Sandi Agung Villa make us feel at home and were so accommodating to all our needs! From the airport pickup to late night food deliveries and transportation issues! Everything was well handled. Even the private car charter service (Nyoman) recommended by the owner of the hotel was top-notch ! Sandi Agung Villa is a true sample of great hospitality ! you will never regret your stay at the Sandi Agung Villa , we love this place so much , we are already looking forward to our next trip to Bali ! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this amazing villa. Very clean, staff will take care of anything you need. Great inside/outside layout.

The service offered by all the staff were exceptional. They did all they could to make sure my family was comfortable, and even offered to change the villa when we told them that their aircon system is not cold. When we did not change the villa due to the hassle of shifting, the staff got our aircon thoroughly serviced and the cold air really helped us help blissfully with our sun parched skin!!I only managed to squeeze int 2 massages throughout my 5 days stay and their masseur, Ms Ayu was fabulous, she knew where the knots in my body were without me evening telling her!!! And they even opened up an empty villa for me to do my massages as my own villa was filled with my family members.Overall my family had a great time just chilling out by the pool after we return from our morning water activities.

From the airport pickup, to the villa, staff and airport transfer, we had no complaints.

The service and staff attitude in this villa worth to rate 6 stars. They organised every transport for our eat out. very good attitude for all staff. Also they provide breakfast for kid too. Highly recommended

Our stay was in Villa 5 from 27 Jan Fri to 31 Jan Mon. (Just me and my wife)The villa and pool were huge with 2 bedrooms and housekeeping was done everyday. Service was really good. The staffs really tried their utmost best to help us enjoy our stay to the fullest. Meals ordered from the reception were served in our villa and the food was economical & tasty.The bathroom concept was interesting cause it was separated from the air conditioning room so dun be surprised to see lizards or spiders when you bath.The adjusting of warm and cold water is very tricky cause sometime super hot water just keeps on coming out from the tap in the bathroom area and we have to use the kitchen tap outside.Wifi was good but couldnt transmit for around 30min on one night.There is only 1 small dustbin beside the toilet bowl. There isnt any dustbins in the room so a bit inconvenient.There isnt any mirror table and the lighting is dark at the bathroom area so very difficult to make up in the room and has to do it outside.Air conditioning was not so strong so we have to leave it on even if we are not around to cool the room down. Bali overall is quite hot.The villa was situated quite deep in but we can easily find a minimart within 5 min walk.

Our Villa was beautiful. We relaxed in the pool and enjoyed fresh fruit juices. Our breakfasts were cooked for us in our personal kitchen each morning. The villa is within walking distance to a choice of places to eat. Our daughter had a king sized bedroom with en-suite to herself, a mirror image of our room. We took advantage of the massage service provided and had a very relaxing massage! The staff were wonderful and were very helpful as was the driver who collected us from the airport. A service free of charge. Another advantage is the villa is close Seminyak Square and other places to do some shopping. A taxi was organised for us by the staff for outings out of walking distance. All in all we were very happy with our stay.

Overall a pleasant stay. The staffs were polite and service was awesome. We requested to fence up the pool area as we have kids running around, when we returned from our shopping, fencing was nicely put up. Bedroom was Comfortable and cozy.

Relaxing and pampered, particularly with the private pool and in-room breakfast cooked on the spot

We had a great 4 night stay at this villa and would highly recommmend! They provide a free pool fence if required which is great with families with young kids like us and a bit rare for private villas. Clean rooms and facilities in the villa, free hot and cold drinking water at the villa super convenient, no noise issues, no mosquito problems, free car service to Seminyak town which is convenient, lovely clean pool the kids loved. Massages at the hotel were super reasonable and cheap. Not far from everything though not convenient to walk unless you are willing to walk a lot and for a while. Breakfast was ok but not amazing and got a bit old after the same few choices every day which is where the 1 star came off. They picked us up from airport at 2am for free, and offered to also drop us off at our next hotel in Kuta for free - their customer service is fantastic - lovely friendly staff all the time. Would stay again, especially with young kids.

Great place to stay. Our villa was very nice, rooms were lovely. The staff are very nice and very keen to help out. A little out of town which was a bit of an issue with small children as we had to get a taxi everywhere, but the staff were happy to run us around. Would recommend for accommodation - although you are better off going into town for meals.
