Lovely clean hotel lovely staff and food would come again

pleasant experience, liked the location and the short walk to the beach

It was an ok hotel. People at the reception were very helpful, especially Joseph. We were very disappointed with the restaurant manager Stevens, he was not welcoming at all. He was rude and we felt that he was doing us a favor in the restaurant. The lady manager of the hotel was very kind.

An ok hotel. A bit overpriced for what you get but it does have a pool which is an alright pool but not great. Breakfast was not complimentary on our booking so we didn’t experience that. For the price it should be included. Even the pool doesn’t balance this out. It’s a bit out of town. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach but the road can be quite busy so not great with smaller children. Our child is 15 so that was ok but still a pain in the hot sunshine. Tuk Tula would get you there in no time but that is added cost obviously. Not much but it adds up. Air con and fan in room were good. Pool table down in the bar. Lift a bit annoying with the screeching noise it makes but at least it works. All in all I feel it was too expensive for what else you can get unless you really want a pool.

Excellent Hotel was near Patnem and Palomen beach in South Goa. Nice and quite away from all the bustle & pollution of city.I found peace here. Walk away distance from Patnem beach . Take a auto or rent a bike to go to Palomen beach. Breakfast served here was good . Food was a bit expensive but manageble . Tastewise good. Note : Hotel is about 2 kilometer away from chaudi circle . So transportation option to chaudi bus stop is an issue . Auto and

Would have been ok if we had a different room .Room124 next to a building site lots of noise 0830 to 1900. Said they were full so couldnt move us and Expedia no help at all

Staff all very friendly and helpful. Restaurant is excellent and very relaxing atmosphere. Food fabulous!

Nothing bad to say, nothing really good neither. When we got there, we only look for another place much closer to the beach and much much cheaper.. but not appearing on the Internet unfortunately

i was very unhappy with the food quality, not a single sea food items was available , 75% of food menu was not available, i need to some other hotels to have lunch and Dinner.

The Tubki Hotel is about an 8 minute walk from Patnem Beach but just a 5 minute walk until you reach the beach shops, tuk tuks and taxis. The rooms are huge as are the beds and it provides air conditioning as well as two fans, a fridge and cable TV. The bathrooms are a wet bathroom with a good powerful shower. The staff were disappointing, not very engaged and no ownership or follow up if asked for anything and seemed to be more interested in playing pool than looking after the guests. The restaurant and bar were large, but I didn't eat so can not comment on the food. The only downside to the Tubki Hotel is the noise. The railway line runs right behind the hotel with trains running pretty much every half an hour and a building site just a few feet away with the workers staring at 7am every single day. Whilst it is probably the nicest hotel in Patnem, I would recommend staying just the other side of the hotel to the construction site.

First thing it is not a resort. Breakfast was pretty ordinary. Room was good.Rest all was fine.

Nice place,large well equipped rooms. Guests should have transport available as it is a little way from the beaches.

It was a good property in the area near Palolem beach

Hotel is nice and staff is very friendly. However the breakfast was not upto to the mark. Its really needs to be improved.

Large comfortable bedrooms, friendly and efficient staff, under rated restaurant, we ate there several times nad food quality was excellent. Very friendly staff, room cleaned every day. Swimming pool an advantage although hotel is only a 15 min walk from beach or a 60IR tuk tuk ride away. The best hotel of this rating we have stayed in throughout Goa. I would definately reccomend this hotel.

Its good hotel.mainly very clean.the rooms hv attached kitchen room.mr.ahmed at reception was curteous and polite.it is at walkable distance from patnem beach which is absolutely awsome.but palloleam bea h is 3 km away.breakfast was really good.

If you are planning to stay in south goa. DO NOT miss a chance to stay at this hotel! Warm helpful staff. Quite close to patnem and palolem beach.(5 mins on a scooty) We stayed for a couple of nights here in September and it was a great experience! They even helped book a cab for us till the goa station. Overall a really pleasant stay. Would recommend it to anyone for whom beach facing resorts are not a must.
