Great stay, staff so welcoming. Shuttle to take you to local places in the area. Would recommend staying here.

I cannot believe that you didn’t do anything with my request to cancel this booking because with my wife, we had a car accident on Saturday 16th December and we couldn’t go there. We didn’t check in and you sent me this message asking how was our stay? Very poor service

Overall, it’s fine

Staffs are good. Transport facilities are good. But lots of mosquitoes inside room. Lizard sound inside room wakes you up sometime. Bathroom isnt clean -potty , wash basin tap were dirty. Private pool was nice.

It is very nice, luxurious property. But the surroundings are like much of Bali - crowded, chaotic! Excellent breakfast. Close to the beach.

Loved having our own private pool, limited choice for shopping & eating outdide of the villa. A bar within the resort near the main pool with some live music be awesome

The villa itself is good and beyond expectations. However, the service from the reception was not as expected. I booked the room including transportation to the airport and have requested it prior to the trip. I received the confirmation message via hotels.com. Surprisingly, the receptionist insisted that they only provide this service to the customers who stay for more than one day. If so, why release this option and reply to my request before the trip?

Great villa with big private pool and enough space to relax. Furniture and bathroom could be renovated as already quite old.

We had a great stay. They provided airport pick-up and drop-off free of charge. Villa was spacious and clean, had all amenities. Breakfast was good with local and western food, juices, tea, coffee etc. Restaurant food was really good. Spa was great too! Overall great place and safe for families.

We had a lovely stay the staff were amazing very helpful. If we needed a ride anywhere nothing was too much trouble.

The bathroom is open air so bugs can get into your private space. There isn’t much to do immediately outside the resort on the street but if you walk a bit there are some good restaurants. The villa itself is clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staff were really lovely and the villa was very nice. It was just a little out of the way for us with 2 teenagers who wanted to shop, shop and shop.

Overall the staff are really friendly and helpful, they do their best to cater to the request and needs of the guests, which I really appreciate. As for the cleanliness, maybe because the villas are situated in the nature area it can be cleaner, but overall it is still acceptable :)

This luxury villa is the perfect place for a romantic experience with complete serenity. The villas evoke a very homely atmosphere and excellent private pool!

The floor was sticky and the bathroom was not very clean either with algae on the baths' showers and taps. On the positive side, the staff were very pleasant and supportive. Good villas, with great private pools, and short walk to the beach. Common areas a bit dated, breakfast offering very limited and not particularly fresh in some cases.

Lots of mosquitoes at night, very annoying, breakfast buffet just a few choice, very disappointed only the pool inside the room is great

1. Room was filthy. Genetal hairs, squashed bugs, dirt, pool was filthy2. Mosquitoes everywhere. Encouraged by outdoor bathrooms that create a nice damp environment for them3. Bed had blood on nets4. Management were appalling. Went home rather than dealt with the problems. Literally never even bothered to apologize despite emails being sent. Sales manager never even bothered to meet face to face5. Breakfast is consistent with a hostel not a 5 start resort as claimed and the staff are not attentive. There are also ants roaming the cereal section of breakfast6. At night all you can hear is the sound of mopeds. Rooms are not double glazed and doors are actually open to the elements (bathrooms for example). Means you are fully exposed to the noise outside7. Gym is dangerous. Treadmills are broke but theyll still let you use them. They stop or change speed on their own accord. I literally got thrown off it. They have a gym to tick a box and state it as a facility. Its not fit for purpose and misleading so avoid if excercise is important to you 8. Area in which this is situated is horrendous. On a main road9. Check in is awful. Even if your room is ready theyll make you wait until 2pm before you can use it 10. If there is a problem the sales manager will do anything to not help. Do not ever go to this place on the non refundable option or theyll make it extremely painful for youHonestly this was the most painful, unpleasant hotel experience ever.

Its a very luxury villa experience for after so many time visit Bali ... worth to stay !!

We stayed at the Lumbini for 6 days. The villa was amazing. Private pool with lounge bed. Outside dining area with sink, counter, and fridge. Access to the bathroom from pool or inside bedroom. Bedroom had king bed with living room. Computer and desk in room as well. Bathroom had a rainfall faucet, huge spa tub, double sinks. We enjoyed the total privacy! Resort staff was attentive and quick to respond to requests. Spa was also amazing. We cannot wait to return!

Poor location, no place to eat too many mosquito, bad breakfast, unfreindly staff. Check out time at 12pm. Too strictly. No restaurant n no shops there but u cant stay in hotel a little bit more. They will just ask u leave their room or pay extra charge. Not friendly compare with other Bali hotel.
