The only thing is the bath room is slightly small

The room cleaning was not satisfying a bit.

Onsen is a big plus.

The natural onsen is really great, staff is friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and calm, really great place to stay!

I loved the Onsen style bath in the hotel.

The clock in the room was alarming during the middle of the night due to low battery. I had to pull the battery out to stop it.

Excellent hotel near the station with real onsen bath, and good bed. Nice breakfast, and complementary ramen, coffee and ice-pops in the evening. Very convenient luggage storage at the ground floor lockers with a polet from the reception.

Overall not too bad, but disappointing due to the pictures not depicting the real state of the hotel.

It was a lovely hotel. Staff was kind and helpful. The beds were decent, and the Onsen was nice. I was a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. There were dust bunnies and dirty socks (not from us) under the bed and behind the curtains. The back of the toilet was dusty and needed a good wipe off. AC was impeccable, and the food was pretty good.

Location is great, shopping and dining by walking distance. hotel is really clean and nice.

Property is not too far from the JR station and is an easy walk. Rooms are very small but not unexpected for Japan. Onsen is the highlight of the hotel. Friendly staff. Overall a good stay.

The room was comfortable and clean. Friendly staff with great communication and service. Breakfast was not wide range of food but good taste. Very good value for money.

Excellent business style hotel with Japanese bath (onsen), free buffet breakfast, free WiFi, blocks from JR train station.

Very nice hotel, a few minutes walk from the station, in a very handy area, the hotel itself in a good order with a friendly staff, it should be able to cover just about all your needs. Free ramen in the evening, drinks and public onsen it's a plus.

Great value for money. Location is close to the JR Sendai station, as well as shopping street and departments stores. A lot of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Staff is also very helpful!

The people at the hotel were welcoming. The included breakfast was very good. It was what we needed and an enjoyable stay.

Nice tidy hotel. Convenient so city centre. Onsite onsen which was great.

Great staff and only 5 minutes from the station. Close to food and shopping. Only complaint was that the pillows were rock hard, other than that it was great. Rooms were clean and well laid out maximising the space.
