Very lovely family run business clean and friendly.

Very comfortable old fashioned hotel, our room was a trifle on the small side but had a lovely view of the sea. Delicious full English breakfast served by friendly staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great suggestions made of places to visit, eat and walks to have in Lyme Regis and surrounding area.

Stayed for one night in blazing hot June 2022. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful and switched our room on arrival to better accommodate my wife who is in a wheelchair. Being an old character property with narrow corridors and some steps, it was not ideal for a wheelchair but everything was done to help us out as best as possible. Very comfortable stay, nice to have onsite parking and the freshly cooked breakfast with quality ingredients was excellent, far better than a lot of expensive hotels we have been to recently!

Owners very friendly place. Lovely older building but very warm & cosy for the winter. Very close to the town and seafront. Really nice breakfast cooked to order. A lovely town & lots of nice places to eat.

Upon our arrival we were made to feel very welcome and was advised on where to eat out. Our room on the first floor was very comfortable, light and airy overlooking the garden seen through our bay window. The cooked breakfasts were excellent with a good selection of cereals and fruit catering for most people’s tastes.

I had booked a single room but was given a small twin room which was really nice of the owners ( Davies family) The bed was comfortable and the room was cosy and warm. Perhaps a cordless kettle would be safer than the current corded kettle? Breakfast was superb with sausage and bacon sourced from the local prize-winning local butcher. Overall a great stay

The Kersbrook was entirely satisfactory, efficient and in good order throughout, the room was comfortable with facilities to make hot drinks, the breakfast menu is wide ranging.

It’s at the top of a long hill, there are no footpaths on the road outside the B&B, the bed in room 2, is very hard and uncomfortable, there’s traffic noise all night, the carpet is filthy, they covered some of it with a rug that was even dirtier, there is dust everywhere, the car park was at the top of a long stepped path, no help offered with luggage, the staff at breakfast were very good, we had some bad news while at this b&b,we were informed that we had had a water leak at home and would have to leave early but we were still charged the full price,no compassion from management, needless to say we won’t be returning to this establishment, can’t in all faith recommend it to anybody.

Charming little BnB, perfect location for access to the town and beach. Wonderful staff. Comfy bedrooms. Nice brekkie. Definitely recommend Kersbrook!

It’s in Lyme Regis but up a very steep hill no good if you struggle with walking car is must.We had a family room it was clean one light bulb was out and there was a horrible damp smell from the cubard were you hang your clothes it needs a good clean on scurting boards and a referb to bring it up to date.The garden was nice breakfast was acceptable for the money we paid.

We spent 10 days in UK without a plan securing accommodations for a family of 4 as we moved from place to place. This was one of the best and we were lucky to find it. Check in was very easy and the room was set up for all 4 of us, clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the beach area, pubs and dining.

The plus here is the staff as well as the owners who are very helpful. e.g. recommending evening eateries (we arrived quite late so Alex was able to book us a meal at the local Italian) , he also took time out describing the town and its features. Breakfast is well organised (despite the full occupancy when we stayed) and of generally good quality. A nice touch was the offer of a couple of coffees one afternoon when we dropped back. When it came to settling our bill they would not accept any payment for these.

A georgian grade 2 listed thatched hotel 10 minutes from beach and town centre on top of a steep hill. The climb didn't bother me but might some people.

The stay was over a weekend where most of the country was snowed in and only two bookings were left as most had canceled. Items like bread were in short supply as the shops could not be supplied. However, all in all it was a very pleasant stay
