Very friendly staff and so clean

Another guest was giving keys to my room. And entered the room at 12:30am while i was sleeping. Then I was questioned within 10 minutes later about who I am and why I was in the room by front desk employee. The room assignment i was given at check in was not the same as what was assigned in the hotels manifest. And i was not the only guest who had this happen to them from the yelling i heard later.

The young man that checked us in was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The room was perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

This was absolutely the worst hotel i ever stayed ,$80 per night ,under construction, no maid service,staff was slow and not very knowledgeable. Would not recommend

It was an average stay. The room itself was nice but needed a better clean. And more soap in the bathroom. But it smelled clean so that was good.

There was blood on the wall and in the carpet! There was a cushion on the window seat that had stains all over both sides of the cushion. We told the front desk and they moved us to another room. It was better, but by no means clean. The beds were not comfortable at all.

We had a lovely sleep. Both rooms were very clean; however, one of them smelled strongly of perfume, so wondered if they were covering a scent. The outside of the building was definitely a lot nicer than the interior. There was a leak in the entrance.

Do not stay here. Dirty sticky carpets, cold coffee and hardly any breakfast items. Couldn't wait to leave

Hallways warn, set at 80 degrees in July. Air in room good and cold. Needs a refresh, lots of areas in hallway walls banged up, room needs new carpet.

Horrible stay experience first they booked us in a handicap room so we had to switch then they moved us to another room where the tv didn’t work and the manager had to take off the wall and restart.
The bed pillows are the size of a small square throw pillow take your own. There was stains on the sheets and also the toilet seat wouldn’t stay up for a man to pee.

Between 11 and 12 in the night there was a gang laughing, running, yelling on our floor, my husband opened the door to tell them they are not alone but they dont care. No phone in the room to call reception. When we want to check out in the morning, nobody at reception to do it, wait for 15minutes and nobody shows. Finally left the card on the desk because we must go on the road

It was a typical Microtel facility. I lower my expectation if I stay at a Microtel or similar facility.

Bathroom door didn't lock and our room door didn't lock properly. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The men who checked in were very nice, the women who checked us out very rude, but it was 4:45 am.

Nice staff. All around clean place. Beds are not that comfortable. A lot of things were out of order like the hottub and the washer and dryer. However I would stay here again.

A/C and equipment was not functioning properly in fitness center, and some upholstery in the room was stained. Otherwise, unit was adequate and bed was comfortable.

Had a good time during my stay. My only concern was the pool water was salty. Which could mean one of try things. That it is a salt water pool or that there is a major chemical imbalance in a chlorinated pool

The pool was filthy floor around the pool was slimy hot tub was broken and the pillows in the room were tiny like throw pillows for a couch the blanket amounted to a sheet and the hotel was hellahot

My credit card was hacked after this stay and used for meals around PA and MD. I reported my concerns about this being the only place on our trip where someone else handled my card and license. Manager argumentative when I called to report my concerns. Otherwise, this was a good stay and nice hotel.

Room had a weird smell. TV didn’t work, it didn’t work the last time I stayed either. No hot water. Pillows were super hard.

The staff was not very pleasant at check in, my daughter needed another blanket , call and asked they told her to come get one . The breakfast was disgusting. All carbs ! The beds were very hard and very tiny hard pillows . I will not be back . Also, they don’t offer veteran discount ( other people in the breakfast area were upset about this as well … memorial weekend at that.
