Very nice accommodations for a low reasonable price

This is more of an apartment building than a hotel. The room had coffee and a coffee maker, but no cups to put coffee in. They said they could drop one off in a couple hours….thanks.

Overbooked and couldn’t accommodate when I arrived at 10pm. Staff claimed they didn’t clean rooms and nothing they can do about it.

We were very disappointed with our stay at Suburban Studios. No lighting at the bed, only a sheet for cover on the bed, not a very good mattress at all. To end the stay, we were told we had to take our garbage out when we left. No thank you, we will not be staying at a Suburban Studio again.

We got to the hotel and there were no rooms available. We had to stay in the stables.

After a long day of travel, we were just excited to get into our room and go to bed. However, upon check-in it was apparent that while our bed was made, the sheets were dirty, and the pillows had no pillow cases. Additionally, there was a used bar of soap on the vanity and there was a single towel in the bathroom. It didn't seem as if floors were vacuumed or surfaces were cleaned at all. It's like someone had started cleaning the room, stopped in the middle, and then left it. We went down to the front desk to get clean linnens and more towels where we overheard the people who checked in immediately behind us having discussion concerning the same issues with the front desk. The young man at the front desk was apologetic and helpful, which is the only positive of the experience. The bathroom light was on a motion detector that didn't work, so lights went out in the middle of using the bathroom and showering. I wasn't going to leave a review. I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt and just chalk it up to one bad, and hopefully atypical, experience. That was until I got incessant notifications and texts from the hotel asking me to review it. So this is my review.

Nice clean property! Side entrance door key slot did not work. Other than that a decent stay for the price!

Water needs to be hotter in the shower, kleenex in the rooms, more or thicker blanket on thr beds.

Walls are thin , a couple next door were up all night laughing and talking loud …didn’t sleep much !

Fine place for the night. The room had a full size fridge and hot plate..sink..microwave. The problem is only FULL size beds! The screen was torn off of the window but overall a ok place. Front desk gal very nice! No lobby or breakfast.

Great stay for the price.

We came to town to stay for an event! All other hotels we looked at had worse stars than this one! We booked here thinking it would be better! Room wasn’t clean, was to be a non smoking room definitely had smoking in there before, there was left over bar soap in the bathroom, no batteries in the tv, people knocking on door at late hours of the night.

It’s cheap, it just off the highway and the front desk lady was both helpful and friendly. Someone opened my door apologized and left as I was getting dressed for bed, I’m sure a staff mistake but fricken knock first. Multiple sirens woke me up in the night, which were not at the hotel but close enough to hear. Torn because it was very cheap but I would not recommend.

Could hear the interstate traffic all night. The bed frame had a wire mesh that covered the bed frame which held up the mattress and was broken, in the middle of the night, the mattress fell through and I almost fell off of the bed. The gal came up and programmed the remote and it worked for a while and then quit working. Would not stay there again.

This place was a gem at a great price. Wish I could find more places like this!

Smelly, dirty, stinky, very noisy. The woman at the counter however was very accommodating and nice.

Solid property with a fridge, microwave, and range. Plenty of room. Very reasonably priced.

Outside temp of 40 degree F. Room had no heat. Retrieved blankets from truck to get by. No front desk from 8pm to 9am.

Nice person at desk but had issues with the booking and credit card issues plus had no hot water and they didn't inform us until I called them on the issue

The facility is simple and serves its purpose for a good hot shower and a bed. Nothing fancy about it which is fine. No complaints here.

Get place. Reasonable price.

They don’t have real beds they are futons

The guy at the front desk was super helpful and very nice. Put a smile on my face at the end of a long day. And was more than accommodating. There was a lot of noise late at night though. Someone was playing a stereo fairly loud Past 2:00 a.m.

Front desk doesn’t know how to do there job and they charged me twice

We had to stay here for weeks and they made it feel like home.
